He's an absolute amateur. The more I delve into what he's doing with his management/coaching the more you start to realise how much he's in way over his head.

On one hand Arsenal are a mess and it'd be hard for even the most experienced coach, on the other hand, some of the decisions/coaching strategies he's doing are aspects you need to learn when cutting your teeth at a lower level club.

If he'd have gone in at a lower league Spanish club or Championship club he would have made these mistakes and likely been able to change them in the future without too much criticism his way or at least get a second bite at another club.

Instead his ambition/ego got the better of him and he thought he could go into one of the countries biggest clubs, that have a lot of troubles behind the scenes, and sort them out by simply saying he will be intolerant to ill-discipline and impose a system on the team that doesn't have the players for it.

The rumours were that Jose went for an interview there before us, and after seeing how bad things were behind the scenes, got out of there. Now, I don't know how true that is but if it is and Arteta walked in and saw the same things ten either he was completely blind to it all or he naively thought his limited nous could get the job done.

I didn't think Lampard did a great job at Derby and he was helped massively with the loanees when there, however by going to Derby first, Lampard will have learnt a lot and is now able to use that experience at Chelsea.

Finally, Arsenal fans keep laughing at Solskjaer and Lampard - calling them support teachers, yet out of the three coaches those two have actually got experience as a head coach/manager elsewhere. Arteta hasn't.

They’ve got more than enough good players to be doing better than they are, let’s just hope they keep him this season. His man management is as bad as his tactics. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s lost the dressing room already and we will hear a few stories creeping out again.

I love how Dundalk are sponsored by Fyffes. I hope their shirt logo is just a big fruit sticker that peels off

Hargreaves really thinks they could win the competition?!?
Not a chance.
As soon as they face a PL quality side the goals will dry up again.

6 wins out of 6 against dog shit teams is to be expected.

Arsenal in group stage Europa is like the FA Cup Arsenal. Every year they look great. In Europa, they will fall apart once they play a decent team just like they fall apart against all PL teams.
