I am not one for UK geography (American idiot here), but is the I Love Man (Isle of Man) a reference to Ramsey? A quick Google map search zoomed out at the right distance literally only shows the city/town of Ramsey on the map, and the I Love Man comment followed directly after the controversial player comment.

I googled it and got Binary Coded Decimal which I assumed referred to how Levy handles transfer negotiations.
Someone else suggested Behind Closed Doors which is probably more likely

maybe or maybe it is about naming rights and sponsorship which will provide some many to get big deals done. If DL can cover GB’s wages by a clever financial deal he takes little risk.
