He’s meant to be a master technician but he’s just not doing anything it almost feels deliberate as him he wants to board and fans to see look what we have to deal with.

I would rather park the bus Jose than this honestly

Anyone blaming Mourinho for that is a fucking moron.

Is it Jose’s fault that Lloris dislocated his elbow, leaving us with a goalkeeper who not only happens to be the shittest keeper in the league but also someone who only signed for spurs because he was from the same town as Pochettino.

is it Jose’s fault that we’ve allowed Danny Rose to hold the club to ransom when he himself must know he is WELL past it?

Is it Jose’s fault that Ben Davies picked up a serious injury in his first game as our manager?

Is it Jose’s fault that Vertonghen is absolutely past his best and the club have failed to sign a left sided centre back since we sold Wimmer?

Is it Jose’s fault that the brainiacs above him decided to sign Aurier as Walker’s replacement when Pereira was available and happy to join us?

is it Jose’s fault that we allowed Dembele to leave the club without adequately replacing him in January 2019?

Is it Jose’s fault that Son decided to get sent off for pure stupidity once again?

Is it Jose’s fault that the club didn’t sign a back up for Harry Kane, for instances like today where he gets injured?

If you blame him for any of those things, you’re a fucking idiot.

I think most of us are not blaming jose but just replacing Poch name instead of jose's in your comment. Once again the manager had paid the price instead of ownership.

Same manager was part of the transfer committee - his finger prints are on some his own downfall.

Poch knew. Doesn't matter who the manager is, same problem exists. Lloris, Toby, Jan and Rose all on a decline. Dier neither a proper CB or a DM, Wanyama crocked. Aurier, KWP simply not up to it. Winks Davies, Sissoko, Moura squad players at best. More but can't be bothered to go through all them.

The rebuilding job is not a one window fix. This is taking a good 2-3 windows of solid investment to sort out. We are paying for a combination of 3 windows where only 1 player (arguably a squad player) was signed and some crap buys/scouting before that (wasting money and time on punts that turned out to be junk like Aurier, Nkoudou, Janssen, Wimmer, N'jie). We can't afford to make too many mistakes in the market because with the way we operate in that we look to move on duds before bringing in new players, it holds up our progress.

You really believe this. There was or is or will be no transfer committee as long as Levy is here. I can say few names that poch wanted to sign i.e Ndom, lo celso, sanchez maybe vincent. With the others he never was happy or wanted.

I think I'm less bothered about who is at fault for this current mess and what the plan is to get out of it. The idea we will replace large numbers of the squad in the next window seems unlikely.

We lack a structure and without it, it's hard to build a constructive attack and a stable defence.

Jose should be given the funds for a new DM, CB, RB and LB. Until he's had that option it's hard to judge him.

Are you making stuff up to suit your own argument? Or do you have proper info in which case I am happy to concede the point ... Doubtful though ...

Saying this, the fact we stopped purchasing anyone when players were offered doesn't help - you don't always get your number one transfer target - unless you're god tier - and we're not.

Like I said, part of his own downfall.

Purse strings are too tight, always have been - need to be loosened now though otherwise we're headed for mediocrity again.

I don’t care as much if we loose. But it’s really worrying that Jose can’t get our players to perform better

There’s zero passion or hunger in this team whatsoever. The least the twats can do is to fight, it’s what they are payed for.
It's the players

Feel like he was brought in to squeeze every last drop of our current squad, maybe scrape top 4 and/or an FA cup.

However, it's looking increasingly likely that this squad is just dusted and we need a massive rebuild. Unfortunately, I'm not sure he's the man to lead a full squad upheaval...

Don't really blame Jose but this is the final moment for ENIC to try and redeem themselves for the last few windows. Highly doubt we'll buy anyone though to be honest.
