Unfortunately you feel Poch would have persevered with Dier until well into the second half whereas one thing you know with Jose is that he'll be much more proactive.

Two fine substitutions at the right time changed the game for us. Nice to see the intensity in the second half. What we need is to string a handful of wins together to rebuild the fragile confidence of the team but credit to them for stepping up after being a poor second best for 40 minutes
