i think the bigger match is Everton, we just can’t afford to lose that one.

But, like, there's a whole week separating those matches. Even if Ndombele could only go 55-60 minutes, it beats the pants off bringing him in when we were under the cosh and really fighting for some sort of control.

lol if you say so, he's on £200k a week on a 5 year contract, no-one's gonna pay what Levy wants for him, besides you really think he's gonna care that much for Poch, he'll forget about him once the new guy is in, that's how it generally works.

Disagree. If you watch/read more interviews with him you would know he’s not that player. He said he could’ve stayed at Lyon, he wants to play in the Euro 2020. Poch convinced him to join us by telling his plan for the future and how he would use him
Many big clubs in the world would be willing to pay what Levy wants and pay more for his wages than us.

You or I don't know what kind of a player he is either way, he can say all he wants about wanting to sign for Poch but we all know that Levy isn't going to let him go like that and no club will come in for a player and pay over the odds on a player like that especially with 5 and a half years to run on his current contract, it doesn't work like that.

Besides if Poch is under performing which he is why would he want to follow him out the door?

Look, players don't care about managers like that unless you're Lloris who has publicly come out and said that his future is tied to the manager, he's known him for 4 months, they're hardly best mates lol

Lo Celso would have more of a case of not wanting to stay if anything being his fellow countryman and all that.

Didn’t say that if Poch leaves for another club he would follow him to that club, said if Poch leaves Ndombele would leave too. And so would most of the players

And contracts only means more money not that he will stay here until his contract ends
I could easily see Real or PSG pay big money for him if he wants to leave

I didn't say he'll follow him him to that club I said follow him out the door...

If Real and PSG wanted him so much why didn't they go in for him in the summer when he was cheaper and available? It doesn't make any business sense to want a player when he's locked into a long term contract when he was cheaper in the summer just gone, besides that who's gonna pay big money for a player who hasn't completed a season in a top league and is nowhere near match fit enough to put in a consistent run of matches together?

You're generally overstating his pedigree, just because he's shown a few glimpses of being a world star it doesn't mean he's suddenly Luka Modric and clubs will be queuing up to sign for him big money.

You should stop worrying about things like this, they're minor in the grand scheme of things.

Let's ave it

at 37s in the video... I remember that moment in the match. He sucks in three players and slips right through their net... now he's earned himself a ton of time and space in a dangerous position and Eriksen moves in and passes the ball back to defence, unbelievable! That was just criminal from Eriksen.

And why the fuck didn't Ndombele start. Poch behaves like an irrational, power-drunk mafia boss.

Yes, I saw that moment and was fuming. I was hoping Eriksen could turn and ping one ball forward. But that coward conveniently pass back to the CB.

Yea noticed that during the game, absolutely terrible. And I fully agree Ndombele has to start.

Typical Eriksen. If he is facing our goal, he almost always plays it sideways or backwards no matter what. He is lethal when he has the ball facing the opposition goal and space in front of him but useless otherwise.

There's always reasoning behind it
Everyone has reasoning. Pochs reasoning wasn't bad. What was bad was he left it too late infact it was the usual 60 minute change
We were getting pummeled after 10 minutes. He was let's say 30 minutes late

This I agree with, HT Winks or Alli should have come off.

You and I agree on a lot of things mate. Im just confused by people claiming they can't possibly, for the life of them understand why Ndombele didn't start.
