He's got to go. Fuck loyalty. This is a cut throat business and he's been ruthless. His time has come.

Appoint Jose or someone who actually knows how to win things, tomorrow

People still think we are overreacting?

It’s clear as day Poch has lost the plot and probably the players.

Honestly. That’s already one trophy out of only two we can realistically win this season. Utter disgrace.

Two shots on target in about 90 minutes.

Fuck you Poch.

Never seen such a lack of sharpness in our play under Poch.

Finishing, passing, everything just looks rusty.

This really was a poor night though. I mean I don't mind the back three, but there was no creativity ahead of it.

Guy has always thought he was above us. He felt sorry that we knocked out Ajax if you watch his post match interview.

he is above us and What’s wrong with him feeling sorry about knocking out his old club ?‍♀️ If it wasn’t for Ajax would he be at Tottenham ?‍♀️

Unless we balls up and sack Poch, we are not going to qualify for the Europa League. We can't beat or even score against Colchester, and our league form since January has been that of a side battling relegation. The club is very, very broken right now but somehow it's taken this level of embarrasment for most of our fanbase to drop the nostalgia glasses and notice.
It's not nostalgia glasses - it's that not all fans are impatient and are prepared to give a man a bit of time to get things right. I agree that things aren't great though.

Said I didn't give a fuck about this game - give a fuck about how we played though - the ethos that had been drilled into these players for the most part, bar one or two, is lacking.

Feels like the 90's only we have a few 'carlos kick-a-balls' running around out there now and they look fucking clueless.

Embarrassing result for a team of our supposed stature.

Fucking joke.

Eriksen can fuck off as well. Nearly a year phoning it in the space of a week looks like the melt he truly is.

It all stems from the manager. If you make it blatant you dont give a shit then the players pick up on it.
Hate to say it and Ive said it before but we'll never win anything with Poch in charge.
We've become Arsenal without the trophies. Top 4 and thats it.
Embarrassing team selection. Well, wasnt a team really was it.

Think he is gone if we don't win the next few matches. Sad but I can't see it any other way now.

Poch has done an amazing job to get us to compete with the top teams in Europe. But he looks clueless at the moment. Either he goes and we bring in someone who we hope can keep us at that level or we slump back to mid table mediocrity, Poch leaves at the end of the season and we end up scrapping for the top half of the table for the next decade.

Poch is only part of the problem. Our players are not playing with heart and are playing not to make mistakes. I still give Poch time to sort it out, but this has to force him to deal with the problems at hand.

Pick a single formation and a close to a starting 11 and stick with it. the results aren't going to get any worse.

Put players on the pitch who will play all out for 90 minutes. I don't care how skillful Eriksen and Dele are at this point as we need players with intensity more than we need players with skill or guile. Lamela on the weekend showed how much he could contribute. I'm okay with Moura's mistakes because he is creating chances that other players don't.

Didn’t Liverpool go out to a shit team in the LC last year?

Yeah, it’s disappointing, but it is a competition that big clubs are happy to palm off, particularly in the early stages.

Lose our next couple in the league and hang Poch out to dry, but not for this waste of a competition.
