Biggest difference I can see so far is the young guys look like they belong, rather then tentative. Thats the inferiority complex Poch is working on us losing working in real time.

On our goal, is a key example of why I am pleading with our fanbase not to get on dele back too early, look at the run he made, being on the left of that midfield. We struggle with our possession game to get space vs teams and we also struggle a little bit on the counter, having dele on the left side of midfield gives you that extra man and the run beyond, yes he wasn't apart of the goal but the run is exactly why we need to give him a chance. He isn't the most technical footballer, he's not a passer of Eriksens ilk or the dribbling ability of Winks and he needs time to develop those skills within this position. I implore people to give him the benefit of the doubt whilst he gets to grip in this spot. We will benefit massively eventually.

Our lads look really fit and sharp, some serious early-era Poch pressing going on - great to see!

Explains why we are looking at youth so much in our transfer dealings
