I think it's double standards.

Anyway, the deal is still on as far as we know so let's wait and see if we're hopefully still patting Levy on the head in the next few days rather than saying 'if only'.

The attempt for balance would be fine, if he was Mr. Teflon, but he's not, half the fanbase wants him out and they're very good at reminding us of it. I've had many discussions with fan's who believe that Spurs have never progressed under Levy, that 'Arry was the only reason we made the CL and that AVB is destined to fail.

Can you blame those who believe in him for not criticising him? When they have to deal with endless Levy criticism, warranted or not. It's hard to believe there's double standards when there is such a strong anti-Levy sentiment out there.

It's how far you take brinkmanship and does it cost you, that's my albeit slight concern at the moment. Paulinho for me is a funny one, it's like the Modric deal, Levy was obviously convinced by him and backed it. My concern is that he doesn't back David Villa.
