I originally had responded to the initial message and thought why fuel the flames, especially as Noc is a good poster. But I had one part that isn't vitriolic and still bears saying.

*hint - A&C, Chris and Talkshow are doing most of the hard graft as mods of this thread, this year, and it's quite honestly, been one of the funnest yet.

So if the ITK of the past week or so is to be believed, things should start getting interesting transfer wise from next week.

Also makes a nice change that the ITK's are not talking about shifting out the dead wood before we buy, which would be a welcome change in policy regarding transfers.

It's often a tough call when its quiet. What can and can't be posted is something that can sometimes seem inconsistent. We're constantly juggling in an attempt to keep everyone happy and doing our best.

And sometimes, when this thread is on form, the general banter is excellent.

Yeah I know the banter is excellent but when you see pages of pages of chat about whether a player is rated it can be a bit tedius - Along with the rather tenious justifcation that it is transfer related (it's not ...it's another opportunity to signal 'your' opinion on whether you like that player).

I don't want to seem like I'm moaning too much but often there's good information contained within these pages that isn't in the RO section and it's often hard to find for the reasons stated above (is the Hudd information even in the RO section?).

I love the funny bits (and to be honest they're usually more on topic) but I hate having to wade through the pages of debate (inc posts like this).

Is there a way of book marking the pages where ITK is being discussed so you can navigate straight to that page?

What deadwood do we have to shift? Huddlestone and Parker? Maybe Rose, Defoe, Adebayor and Benny. None of them who would bring in much to let us go out and spend again.

Regarding POTL's info; weren't the press reporting that Baldini was in Spain to tie up Villa???

Obviously selling all them would mean we would need to buy 2 strikers, 1 left back, and possibly another CM.

i honestly wouldn't mind selling all those player but it will never happen!

Slightly optimistic imo, but you could add Naughton to that little lot too. I really don't think he'll fancy being here next season without more game time.

You are fighting for a noble cause but in the end your heroism and thirst for what is right will serve you no good little lord, just look at Eddard Stark and what fate befell him. I fear that a similar fate will follow you if you do not steer away from your path of purity at this very moment in time.

My advice to you is that you use the ignore feature and ignore the vermin who plauge this thread with their milk drinker gossip! Their words will die in their mouths like Stannis army perished at Blackwater Bay if you use this power wisely.
