Moutiniho. Sounds good but they want over £30m by all accounts and we would never pay that and he is more of a DM isn't he? We are already strong there.
Goal scorers must be the priority. Really like Gifi or whatever his Icelandic name is. As above don't fancy Sturridge. He is the epitome of a Premiership Billy Big Bollocks.

Sig has already signed, has met with AVB (last week) - its Hoffenheims fault the deal hasnt been announced.

Or, Oscar looks unlikely and Sig is very gettable. Anyhoo, I'd be pretty happy with Sturridge. Bit of a 'tood on him but channelled properly, that can be a strength. He's quick and strong. Need to improve but with the right coaching he will.

I would love to see some competition for Lennon, I really would, but again I think we could do better than Sturridge. Also bearing in mind that Sturridge isn't going to come cheap given that he is a) an EPL player, and b) Chelsea's player.
It all boils down to how much money there is to spend and where the priorities are (forwards!!) but IMO wide right is a priority position as Lennon hasn't been up to scratch for me.

Sturridge on the other hand... Not exciting, like wellbeck, played the odd blinder and was consistently the star performer when out on loan at a PL team... Hope AVB can coach him to improve then...

Oh indeed. chelsea aren't going to do us any favours and it might not even happen. Just that I'd not be agin it. Would much rather Oscar or Dzagoev. Again, not sure how feasible they would be either. We'll know in 2 months I guess.

Cant say. I am Icelandic, lets leave it at that. You would probably laugh if you knew the reason for the delay. It was not the wait for AVB to be announced, I can tell you that.

Am I the only one confused by the ITK - we are going after 2 good but pretty expensive midfielders, or one plus an opportunistic purchase of Sigursson and with Sturridge (young striker mainly played on the wing at Chelsea) but no ITK on any other strikers, yet they are the one position we are really short on.
