yes i would have him back but only if harry leaves us for england
think jol is a much better manager now and has been at some big clubs getting experience since he left us

jol is perfect for spurs, i don't feel he's at his place at ajax. he's made for the epl.

A dodgy start to the season and everyone is panicking.

Jol had far worse starts than we're having this season

Wouldn't want him back, and despite all his comments, I don't think he'd come back anyway.

i think he will, he loves england and london. even wanted to switch ajax for fulham when we only lost the league by 1 point, but had by far the better goal difference.

Personally I would like to see 'Arry finish the job he's started with a league win and a couple of cups including the Champions however should he leave for the England job then Martin's my man unless Mourinho becomes available.

I saw someone complain the other day about the fact that we've made a good, space requiring, movement necessitating cross to Crouch to nod down for VDV a common tactic. All that made me think was 'would you prefer the old long punts up to Mido to flick on for Keane?'.

We're going through a sticky patch at the moment, but we've got it pretty good and definitely better than when Jol was running the show. He improved us imeasurably, but for two seasons running under him our first ten games yielded 4 points. The first time round, we recovered and finished 5th, mainly off the back of Berbatovs genius, but the second time around it never looked like improving. Thanks for the great moments BMJ, but I don't want you back.

Why does anyone think he would have a chance of coming back or would want to with the current board?

Love the Jol but have to vote NO.

I think he's a great guy but if we are to ever really push the likes of Chelsea, Utd and Arsenal for titles then we need a top class manager and i don't think Jol is in that league (not many are). We need someone who is either still maturing (like fergie when he joined Utd) or someone with proven class, like a Jose. That is the only way we will become great and there is no room for centementality if that is our goal.
