10 changes from Monday night's match against City, with only defender Davinson Sanchez keeping his place in the starting XI

Match: EFL Cup - Round 4

When: 31st October 2018

Where: London Stadium

Kick Off: 7.45pm

Form: West Ham WWLLD Spurs LWWDL (in all competitions)

The only change of the preview of our match against the Hammers on the 20th October is that we have since drawn with PSV Eindhoven and lost to Man City, while the Hammers drew with Leicester.

The winner will go into the last eight where both clubs need to win silverware sooner rather than later

Sorry but we need a win tonight. After last years debacle, the hammers need a hammering.
Dont care about the crocko'poo cup, just tonights result.
Being jeered by an office that is 90% hammers fans isnt nice.

Would love to see Kane rested for this game. Play one of the attacking midfielders up top. Maybe a 3 of Lucas, Son & Dele? Eriksen, Winks and Wanyama in behind perhaps. Would also be a good opportunity for Foyth, he did play in this game last year.

They didn't offer as much resistance and fight as I expected, in our last game, and they've got an important league game sat'dee, so hopefully they'll be tepid again and let us run shit tonight.

Unless I'm mistaken, Declan Rice is their only available senior CM. Great young player, but hopefully we should be able to overrun them in the middle as they'll be quite makeshift.

Normally I’m the epitome of restraint, hoping we get a result. But at the moment the club, players and, most importantly, fans, need a performance and result. Go and fucking smash them.

Feels like a really long time since we've just destroyed someone, hope it happens today.

Old Trafford aside, and that was hard work, the games have all been quite close. We need to dominate someone and get the belief and enjoyment back.

Hope to see the 4-3-3 we worked on this summer. Really think Eriksen and Winks in the middle running the show would be fun to watch.

Think it will be really telling if Wanyama is played in this game.

hopefully players like KWP and Foyth step up tonight.

It would be great if a couple of youngsters made the bench, and got a few minutes. Squad needs a breath of fresh air.

Where is @riggi ? I think he’s the only person that hates West Ham more than I do! Let’s smash these wannabe mugs in their own back yard again tonight.
