We were horrendous with our 2nd string at their place, worst performance under Ange so far. Yet we still drew. Should be winning this one. I really hope to see it all come together a bit here. Still feels like we're barely touching the surface of how we will play under Ange. It will take some time to see the full potential but I don't think it will be long before we blow some teams away.

Can't see anyone other than PEH coming in tonight for Biss, Ange has relied on him from the bench in previous games so reckon he will get the nod.
Monday/Friday games are the consequence of being high in the table super attractive for TV coverage and no europe.
Can't wait for the moans to start around December time about short time between games , on Sunday 3rd Man City away, Tuesday 5th West Ham at home.
On the plus side at the moment in December we have three home matches on Saturday's with 3pm kick offs , how long will that last?

Porro and Udogie will have to be quick to help him in there because he doesn't have the ability to break a press the way Bissouma does.

I've noticed he appears to hang around a bit deeper than Bissouma does but tends to bomb forward a lot more, where Yves will keep things at his own pace, Hobo seems to get caught up in the mood when we push up the field and sometimes leaves a bit of a gap behind himself. More often than not, the appearance of being slow is due to him being out of position and having to make up a few yards rather than him actually being slow-slow.

Wouldn't be surprised if Maddison comes deeper a bit more if Fulham do attempt to press.

WHU is already a TV game on Amazon , possible that it will be moved to Wednesday but Amazon have only the one game on the Wednesday which is Man U v Chelsea all the rest of their matches scheduled for Tuesday, not sure why.

Amazon show every game from that round of fixtures, so they’ll be keen to have a couple of games move to the Thursday if the clubs agree to it, but that won’t be sorted until the following weekend’s tv picks are made.

Think they will have to but as the Man City TV game was announced last week you would think they would also announce moving the West Ham game at the same time. Tickets have already been sold for WH but some might need to make alternative arrangements if the game is moved , once again match attending fans are the last in line.

Højbjerg will be fine. People referencing the Carabao loss need to remember that we changed the entire team, and that caused issues all over the pitch. Højbjerg along side the rest of our normal starting 11 won't look out of place. He's no Bissouma, but definitely more than capable of what we need.

They really should set the TV schedule for a game before the ticket goes on sale. They're talking about upping from 200 to 270 live games too so less 3pm Saturday kick offs. Also there could be a new provider like DAZN involved which will make multiple subscriptions required to follow them all. I don't mind Amazon as I always just free trial for the month which helps with shopping for Christmas. I get TNT and Sky Sports with Virgin. Its when they add more where it gets too much. Like with La Liga when it was on Sky Sports but now you need Viaplay. So annoying you can't get them all in one Sports package.

Ange will make small tweaks to cater for Hojbjerg's strengths and weaknesses as opposed to Bissouma's, I have no doubt.

Few things that dampen my positivity...The endless YT uploads analysing our system and how great Ange is , talk about under the radar we are totally er....over the radar. Everybody knows how we play and why its been successful. Prem managers are fully aware now.

The 2 teams we had probs with played low blocks (Pool, SheffUtd) and I reckon Fulham and Palace will be fully genned up and ready for the onslaught. No space for our attackers which is not ideal for their skillsets.

Be great to win by 4,5.. but I'm not wildly confident, especially Palace away.

Its high time they got rid of the Sat 3PM embargo, then its no issue and like during Covid all matches can be televised.

That's the easy and obvious solution, so of course they won't do it
