the sat and sun schedules are fine. having a singular game on monday is stupid and only for money.

But isn't that the same for Sunday for most of them, moved for money and puts teams playing last at a disadvantage by what you said before?

I don't see the difference between a TV company moving a game to last on Sunday to show or Monday, apart from it's harder for fans to get to or from the game. But that's not what you said was unfair.

For the Victoria Line, Tottenham Hale is nearer than Seven Sisters and the queue at the station is much quicker. The walk goes through the back streets but there are plenty of other Spurs fans around and I’ve never felt unsafe.
Good to know. Thanks. 🙏🏼

Looking forward to the game tomorrow, hope we can retake that no. 1 spot! Also think we'll look quite good against Fulham.

Decent chance I'll miss it though, we're already two days past the due date for our first child. Maybe I can just pop off to a bar for an hour or two, I'm sure she wouldn't mind that.

Would it happen to Man Td or LiVARpool ? Premier league would bend backwards to help them.
Yes, it happened to Scousers last season, anyway playing Friday gives plenty of recovery time before next match and if we were in Europe we would be playing with a similar gap between games.

It’ll be interesting to see how we cope without Bissouma. We struggled to play our game against Fulham without him and Maddison in the cup, so I hope we can do better at home. This is a game we should win, but we all know it doesn’t always work like that.

I’m of the ilk there’s no ‘should wins’ anymore. I reckon holberg will do a good turn for us

Our starting XI was dreadful against Fulham in the cup. Only VdV, Hojbjerg and Richy likely to start tomorrow.

Edit: plus 8 others obvz.

The whole team was different, was it not?

Bissouma is a unique player and thus difficult to replace.

That said, it's not like Celtic, Yokohama or Melbourne Victory would have had a player anywhere near his qualities either, so I don't think Ange's system will collapse because of it.

It wasn’t just no Biss or Madders though was it. It was a completely different team from what we’ll see tomorrow, and likewise for Fulham too. In my opinion that game will have zero bearing on what to expect tomorrow.

Monday to Friday is better than a Wednesday/Saturday and Thursday/Sunday. We have no travelling involved. It really isn't a big deal.

We had a massively different XI that night. We're changing one player here most likely.

Tell her to keep her legs crossed, although it might be a bit late for that advice.

Like to see Gil get some decent minutes tomorrow.

Preferably from an already winning position...

Also, be interesting to see how PEH fits in from the start when we need to be progressive and not just closing the game out.

This coming week for me will have a bigger perspective on where we actually are as a team, eyes are on us a little bit now, we’re being dismissed from certain pundits/fans, so at least 4 points from the two games this week is needed to keep the momentum going,
Although I’d love to win both and be 5 points clear going into the weekend.

Tomorrow night will be tough but I fancy us to grind it out, 2-1 Tottenham win.

Palace without their two best players as well.
