My favourite so far from our episodes. Not the polished product of RV and Rez but enjoying doing it.

Another good pod, BBLG. Can't believe that the walking red card, Mauricio Taricco, wasn't mentioned for Argentina though. Loved that gritty little bugger.

I’m enjoying it, many thanks.

Whilst it’s not a Tottenham podcast, can I just highly recommend the Guardian’s Football Weekly. To me it’s the creme de la creme of football podcast.

FW was the best when Jimbo hosted and Barry hadn't completely descended into a self-depricating parody of himself.

Max is a good host (and a Spurs fan of course) and particularly the serious special pods they do on topics like FIFA, racism in football etc. are still great to listen to. I'm just less of a fan of the regular summary/preview pods now, I think Totally edges them on that.

Just listened to Cheeseroom with the Trust on it. Personally just think the trust are a bit deluded and have delusions of grandeur. They do some good work, but really feel they think they are more important than they are. And a mention for lilywhiterose pod on the academy, it’s a great round up of what’s going on.

@Lilywhite Rose just made their first couple of posts on this site in the Youth thread this week too.

I came in to post exactly this ?
Had I been doing Argentina instead of France I’d have 100% mentioned him. Deserved far more respect than he got.

I’ve not posted I’m here since that episode despite having two more since so please follow for e6 and 7 ?

And likewise we’ve had e8 out for a couple of days for anyone who cares to see me groping for dear life too any semblance of optimism in the face of all reason:

"Uncle Norman" as he's known in the Twitterverse, is a truly top bloke. Such a genuine human being.
Naive as it sounds, I wasn’t conscious of him. But he came across as a walking encyclopaedia… watched his eulogy for Jimmy Greaves on YouTube too..

Just listened to the latest episode of The Extra Inch. They had an Italian football journo on there. Fascinating listen. Has got me even more fired up for what Conte will bring.

Guys, for those of you who watch the YT streams, you'll all know the BobSpurTV channel.

Bobby's a top, top bloke who I know personally.

Earlier this year, he lost his brother to illness, and then a couple of months later lost his mum as well. He had to have open heart surgery too, so he's been through the wringer already.

Last night he lost his dad, who some say gave up the ghost after his wife, Bobby's mum, passed.

Bob and the family have already had to endure a lot of funeral costs this year and he's pretty much exhausted his resources, especially given that he had to move from Derby where he lived down south for work. Moving in with his girlfriend, Kym (who is also a lovely, lovely person) has added more pressure on his shoulders, but you'd never believe that he's been carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders the last few months, as he's always ready with a smile and a joke.

Bob's set up a GoFundMe page asking for donations to help with his father's funeral costs. You may not know him yourselves, but he is a truly lovely guy and a dyed-in-the-wool Lilywhite. If any one can contribute just a small amount, every little will help. If you can find it in you hearts to help out a fellow Spurs fan, then the link is below:

Thanks in advance to everyone.

I've listened to them a few times but gave up after a while. I checked in on their last one after the game vs Mura...

Nathan & Windy are saying Dele & Ndombele were good in that game. So dumb.

They fail to see the big picture and they look at single passes as isolated incidents.

Bardo rightly called them out on their bullshit, they refuse to criticise certain players and it’s starting to get embarrassing.

The most recent View from the Lane was so much better without Danny Kelly. Felt like a proper discussion and not a Talksport radio show.

He has ruined a good podcast. Used to be an interesting discussion between journalists and he’s turned it into his own monologue for his often questionable opinions
