Duncan now joined QPR. Feels like something has gone down between the clubs. Maybe some kind of special agreement arranged.

Not really. We released Duncan and he signed with QPR. Decent amount of ex-spurs end up at QPR. Oteh, Hall, Luongo are the three that come to mind at the moment.

he played 19 minutes, you can't tell anything either way from that.

was actually going to mention owens during the whole marsh thing. one gets released while the other is now up with the first team but i don't think there's much between them as players, if anything i'd probably back owens to have the better career due to his extra height.

on a separate note it's interesting that clarke will now apparently be going back to leeds on loan, hopefully that opens up a place for edwards to get a go with the first team in pre-season.

Would be great if that happened. Another hope is that he re-ups for another 3-4 years and heads out on loan to Championship club.

Apologies if its already been posted, but it looks like Stuart Lewis, who has just retired from playing, will be coaching our U16s from now on.

He was at the club for for 3 years after signing from Arsenal when he was 17 in 2004.

Good loan for the boy
and he's saying all the right things
after a very rough year.

What an inspiration HKane, HWinks and O.Skipp
must be for any Academy boy
with the ability and right attitude
to make it at Spurs.
Keep working and believing Luke.

Just noticed Chelsea's new scholar intake (12) that includes 9(nine!) England U16 internationals (of which 3 are also England U17 internationals). Of the other 3 one is a Finland U16 international GK who is 6'7"! Make what you will of this.
