Do people really have such terrible lives that they have to set up notifications of other clubs twitter accounts just so they can be the first to comment about us once the team news is out?

It's a really sad world we live in.

Guessing that with Bergwijn’s injury problems Jose didn’t want to risk starting him twice on only two days’ rest. Lucas often does well against lower level competition so let’s hope today we get the good Lucas.

I expect it to be a little like the Leeds game as they like to play football and we like to give up possession and counter.

A couple of my closest mates are Brentford season ticket holders and reckon they will be playing 3 or 4 of their squad players, so we 'should' have too much for them, but this is football and anything can happen in a single game. Brentford fans are feeling rather confident though.
They were wrong. Full side for for them other than resting their captain CB (Jansson)

Sanchez makes me very nervous, Lucas also needs to show much more than he has been. Other than that strong team.

In Jose's eyes Toby aside he would consider this his best team

As weird as it sounds I would have had gazzaniga aswell as Hart on the bench instead of white. White will not come on under any circumstances but if luck is against us we may need that 3rd keeper..

Lucas I agree. Sanchez just seem to be the latest whipping boy. I don't think he's been anywhere near as bad as some would have us believe.

Will be interesting to see how lucas does tonight. As I've said previously I haven't even seen him have a chance to miss. He needs to get into goalscoring positions like bergwijn

Amazing tactical genius by Jose. Masterminding byes for a few rounds then making sure we stuffed division two Orient ... oh that was another bye. Then a marvellously adventurous penalty win against Chelsea; followed by a startling victory against the mighty Stoke.

Now of course we have the famous giants of Brentford to overcome and yet another final for Jose.

Makes you tingle with excitement. The Glory, Glory days are back again

I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt until now, after all it’s not unreasonable to dislike the way we play at times, its fair enough to have a different opinion etc. But after this steaming dumpster fire of a post, I think it’s become obvious that you’re a troll.

Time for you to go on ignore me thinks.

Why does Jim White keep saying both sides have a chance to get to an EFL semi final??

Good team.

My only gripe is while I don’t know much about Brentford, and how they are playing post the Benrahma and Watkins sales, I would not have expected we would need Sissoko for this. He often just slows down the midfield when we play against lesser teams. But maybe it’s warranted.
