I don't actually approve of the coppers releasing photo's of people "suspected" of abusing Judas. Why didn't they just work out the seat numbers, contact spurs to find out who they were and then deal with it that way.

I always thought people were innocent until proven guilty, but by publishing their photos mud will stick and I dare say people could lose their jobs over this.

I'm not one of them and don't know any of them, and I'm not defending racial abuse (I don't want to get into the whole debate whether that chant is racial or not), I just disapprove of publicly "outing" them - no pun intended.

Yet again the law of this land proves that football supporters can be treated worse than murderers.

These people now have their images plastered all over the media and the stupid plod and even thicker CPS know there is not one shred of evidence that they can bring into a court of law to seal a conviction.

If i was one of the 16 i would be contacting a solicitor and sueing the arse of Hampshire police, the FA and Portsmouth FC who must own the images, for damages.

I would think the police have more important things to worry about than name calling.

This is something Stalin would have been proud of, idiotic police reacting to the PC will of the day and due to pressure from the left wing media they are making scapegoats out of 16 people when thousands have all sung the same songs over the years.
