So much for theories about Liverpool taking it a little easier and putting out a few reserves before their 'cup final' against Dortmund. If that's taking them it easy then I would not want to be facing them again this season hungrier and sharper...
I guess the timing was good for Liverpool - they could try out strategies to counter Dortmund, who press even more than us.
I thought they'd take off their better players after half-time though, and give them a good rest.
That point means nothing to them.

We have the far better players/team, but ultimately we lack match winners to be league champs - we have Kane and Eriksen, but we need more - someone like Bale who could tear through them and stick it home.

Coutinho would be incredible alongside Eriksen and Lamela... would cost a fortune to get him away from them though.

Reflecting back on the game and the chances both teams had we have to say a point was a fair result

Coutinho has been very inconsistent at Liverpool. Loads of talent but doesn't turn up enough. Enough with the player who played well against us last time out transfer policy.
