I really don't get why Barcelona want him. Ignoring how good he is (or isn't) doesn't he play in the wrong position? He's not going to be a direct replacement for Neymar so i'm sure where he would play in their side?

Because they need someone to do KeepyUps after that miserable Pauli effort.

They signed Dembele to play in place of Neymar...Coutinho will replace the ageing Iniesta.

Naby Keita is a top player and will massively improve Liverpool. Even if it's next season, it's a coup for them, as he's good enough to play for clubs bigger than Liverpool right now. If they sign Lemar, they'll be building a squad that will be challenging for years down the road.

they're making some insane signings.. it's pretty disappointing when they're looking to add Lemar and Keita to their arsenal whilst we're trying to purchase they're 4th choice forward.

We had our chances to build on a 3 and 2 Place finish, but we rarely invest when things look good to try and build on said success.

Fair play to Liverpool if they manage to trade Coutinho for Lemar and Keita. Would fancy them to finish ahead of us if they do, sadly.

How much did we spend on players last summer? Over £60m? While building a new stadium.

We invest what we can. I wish we could afford to spend big but we can't.

They will continually have problems if they don't address that defence.

Also Liverpool imo are predictable I'm shocked teams haven't clocked on to them yet they hit there forwards very quickly on the counter mainly within 3-5 passes....really quite easy to defend if your defensive line is *suicidally* high.

Ketia is going to boss this league, he's like Dembele but more direct and faster. Even if they don't get VVD they will still have a very good midfield/attack with depth. And if Couts goes, they will splash that cash on a replacement. If we keep up with our transfer police of old they will eventually fix their problem and over take us.

We can laugh at them all we want, but fair play to the board. It seems like they're really backing Klopp, I honestly think they'll win the league within the next 5 tears.

Liverpool look good. I havent said that since Suarez. Their defence is still iffy though.

United, Liverpool and City have done good business so far. i may inckude chelsea with their new striker too
