I ain't a proper cockney, I was born in Muswell Hill and grew up in in Enfield Highway, but I do like a good old cockney kneeso up:p
Even their most famous fan, Ray 'Gaaaaamball Responsibly' Winstone, was brought up and went to school in Enfield.

suspect Real Madrid fans might be mentioning that a certain Mr. Bale is getting back some form --- take a look, particularly at the second half flick volley:

Pity that Real Madrid aren't in the same form.

You both came across as arseholes to be honest, the sort of tedious, circular dick-waving contest that everyone else steers clear of. There was no winner there.

As I said to the other cock, it says more about you than me. You obviously don't get football banter so jog on. It was actually ok until he started with the yid **** thing and he couldn't think of any answer to the stats I was providing. I think you're just trying too hard to be a wanker. Stop trying, it comes more naturally than you think.

If I may offer a change in direction:

Seen a few Goons recently, laughing themselves silly about Oxlade-Chamberlain being shite. Isn't it only five minutes ago they were saying he was better than Bale. Even when Bale was in the process of in the process of transferring to RM they were posting that O-C would prove to be the better export from Southampton. LoL.

Mind you, Liverpool needing to strengthen their defence so spending £40 million on him when he only had a year left on his contract is pretty funny, thou...innit :)

He actually moved to Enfield from Plaistow when he was 12, think. I once saw him outside the Hop Poles pub as I was passing on the bus.(y)

Spurs fans always really want to win this one because despite their nonsense they DO care about this fixture just as much as us!
No we don't. We really don't. I never understood this. They wouldn't even make my top 5 most hated teams list. Is this some London thing I'm missing as an American fan here? When I think of West Ham it's not with hatred it's usually just to point and laugh.

I care because I have loads of Spam fan mates and I never hear the end of it. That's all

I think that's it for most of us. We went through a stage of beating them home and away for about 3 seasons a few years back and I didn't put one message on fb about any of the wins. Then they beat us for the first time in ages and my timeline is filled with hammers 'hahahaha we fucking beat you mugs, you're shit' etc. I even got a text from someone I genuinely hadn't spoken to for about 6/7 years, with a similar message as above.

But the difference is I only love beating them because of their fans, not because it's West Ham. Whereas I love beating Arsenal because they're Arsenal and our main rivals. Yes their fans can be unbearable but they are a big club with a big history like us (except their recent history over the last 30 years is much better than ours). Chelsea is half and half for me. Their fans are amongst the worst but they've been a small club forever until Abramovic came along. Now they're a big club it's much more enjoyable when we beat them but if we were playing them 20 years ago it would be a bit more 'meh'.
