How about a design that’s easy to navigate on a iphone/android or a mobile version like bbc?

. The big white brush/background gradient makes the site look a bit cheap/tacky.

. Why there is such a large search area is beyond me, specially when people now used to dealing with blogs know to look for a smaller one on the right towards the top of the page.

. Site is far too clustered in my opinion having two thumbnails under "more news" is a good example as a simple list will do.

. I also highly doubt it that the "TOP SEARCHES" on the Tottenham website are Iphone, Playstation 3, Xbox, Laser Eye Surgery and PES ;D

.Not before just now have I noticed the white "Spurs Links" at the top I have just assumed that everything above the Banner was advertising.

Hope this helps :)

I'd love to be able to provide that for the fans, including myself, but I highly doubt they'd have the time and resource to be able to do it unfortunately.

Plus it seems that the club like to make the decision themselves on the site and have not pursued a voting system on different test versions before which in theory would be possible to do.

Hmmm. Rather unconvinced by the time and resource bit I'm afraid.

I'm sure they're outsourcing it. In which case all the club needs to do is insert a paragraph in the tender spec stating that they expect the winning bidder to do trial a few sandbox versions with fans and perform some reasonable UAT.

I know it's not you that's responsible for it so I'm not having a go, but not bothering to do so is just lazy and crap procurement practice to be honest. It's the type of thing that ends up wasting money when things don't work or have to be reworked.

I sent about a 1000 word letter to the club detailing problems I've had with the website, without any response, so I think that will do for me....

At least they managed to add the "Put to card" option for ticket delivery method.

Autonomy are taking over the web build for next season so expect a complete change

Yes it is outsourced but they have lost the account as Autonomy are doing as part of the sponsership deal

I was totally speculating bud, I have no idea if they would or wouldn't do it, they very well might but only way for you to know is to ask the club.

I was just guessing

get rid of the rubbish ticketmaster ticketing system, drives me insane, even the older ticketmaster version was better than this one.
