Maybe, but then just so fed up of getting top four cos it changes nothing, levy will spent less if anything , I want to win something, need to!

i have a 6 year old and he gets teased at school for supporting spurs because we never win the league or anthing meaningful and I thought this could be the year,

two kids in my road had spurs shirts on 2 years ago, they now have city shirts on, I will never let that happen to my son, although it’s getting harder to keep him motivated on spurs ya know . El well
It's unrealistic for us to win anything so letting your emotions be dependent on that is not prudent.

As a fellow dad I teach my son that pleasure is in the process of playing not in the end result.
Teach him support isn't conditioned on result.
Being a supporter of a winning club doesn't make you a winner; vice versa applies too.

No point blaming Dier. Ange really had limited options. If your looking for a scapegoat maybe look at the Argentinian chap that was absent today.

There was always going to be bumps in the road. We’re right at the beginning of a journey and the squad is paper thin. As frustrating as it is people need to keep some perspective.
I think most people do and would have gladly taken a draw before kick off. However, when you are 1 up with 6 to go, it's not too much to expect to at least get a point.

I'm no fan of Dier, but given his limitations he didn't make any defensive mistakes as far as i'm aware. And at least tried to play out as instructed and didn't hoof it up the field to no one. Can't pin the blame on him. Blame Levy for not investing, or Ange for not being braver and throwing one of the kids in.

Defensive mistakes has never been that much of an issue. His distribution under pressure (or sometimes no pressure) is.

anybody criticising Dier is missing the biggest thief of a wage ever to have pulled on a Spurs shirt; Ben Davies. I used stand in the south lower amazed at how he could get anywhere near our squad. 7 years latter and he’s still costing us goals - played everybody on side for the first goal and then got awarded man of the match!?! The guy just never changes and has never been good enough for our club.
This is a ridiculous post.

We ain’t getting CL
I don't get why you get the dislikes. With Madders and VdV out for several weeks we will drop a lot of points. We got nothing going on without Madders. We can't play a three man midfield with Bissouma, Sarr, Hojbjerg/Bentancur. No creativity at all.

Honestly with the clock at 96 minutes and we are awarded a free kick it’s time to slow the game down and accept a point . To allow them to then get the ball and score like that is irresponsible at best. You could see it happening though as panic stations set in . Was like watching games from last season

Typically he is not especially great at either but i'm going to be a much bigger critic of him in a Jose or Conte team than an Ange one as we're not playing to his strengths either. Given his obvious limitations and the role he was asked to play he did well today.

Yup I thought it came from his misplaced low pass out to the wing O'Neil got it in play very quickly and we conceded. Still a lot to do from the throw so more of a collective fuck up

Very true, going through a tough time at the moment so I guess I put to much stock in Tottenham for my release or happiness or hope

and my son isn’t bothered about us winning, he loves singing the songs and watching us play, it’s just harder to keep them interested in something that his friends take the piss out of, Atleast it builds character I guess

my dad always says to me
That’s he’s sorry he made me support spurs cos it brings me so much disspointed hahah

We can get top 4/5 fairly comfortably - as long as we bring in a couple of players in the first week or two of January. With a few new faces and the injured players coming back I think we'll really build up some momentum again in the second half of the season.

Unfortunately there was very little that could be done to prevent the goal other than not inviting the pressure by gifting them the ball in the first place. It's a very unnecessary goal to concede.

If anyone deserves blame it's Levy for leaving us with such a paper thin squad; Always just an injury away from fielding Davies/PEH/Dier.

They are all limited players and we knew that going into the season.
