He needs to trust the youth instead of the same old shit which lets us down.
And if we lost with the youth people would blame him for playing inexperienced youngsters. Can't win wither way. But yes the old guard are shit and have been for a long long time. Im tired of people defending them time and time again.

Thought Davies was decent
He put in a lot of effort and his off the ball defending was decent, but he’s a square peg in a round hole in this system. We need players who are sharp, good on the ball and can pass out from the back. He will never be that player.

Thankfully we get Udogie back, cause Royal was our worst player on the pitch. Terrible

Ange had to take Bissouma off but would have left Sarr on instead of Hojbjerg.

Still don’t understand why we were dicking around with the ball in the lead up to the winner. Same old shit.

Thought Davies and Porro were our best. Rest were average, excluding Vic.

Wasn’t expecting a result today but am livid in the manner we lost that.

How many times do our players roll around on the floor trying to theatrically tell the referee that he’s made the wrong decision!? But the game has already moved on.
And those theatrics imply that some of our players don’t honestly believe (deep down) that they can win a game on skill, determination and hard graft alone. They think they need play acting too.

Stop rolling around and get back on your bloody feet!!
I know in rugby they use It as a metric to measure a player’s determination. How quickly can they get back up and get in the game again.
We should install the same metric.
Harden up.

You are right on the whole the entire team were poor, fact is though the rest of the team are now geared to moving the ball quickly and pressing as a unit. The players that have come in today can't do it. They've never been able to and we've seen it game after game. I'm not blaming those players, it's not their fault. Their limitations are well known to us all. The system and style of play s brilliant when you have players that can pull it off. When you don't it just doesn't work at all.

But it's tricky to sign back up players that can do what ange wants

Conte was right - Ange’s success has been about marginalising the guys who were selfish and playing for themselves. As soon as they’re back in the team it’s the same fragile shit
Which players specifically were playing for themselves today?

Diers pass out for the first and Royals brainfart pass for the second. They will always produce a few moments like this so if we're not clicking offensively and outscore the opposition we will lose.

4 players missing and it looks like last season. That highlights how much this is a work in progress and how much the squad needs improving.

In a nutshell, this is the problem. Our 2nd options generally aren’t the same level in many positions. First 11 and a couple off the bench, seem to have taken fantastically to Ange but there’s a few in our squad just not up to the standard needed.

Only caveat being that many of the stand-ins are short of minutes and rightly looked a bit rusty.

CB was clearly our weakest link in the team today and the rest of the side seemed happy to allow them to face wave after wave of pressure. Too many players higher up the pitch hiding today cost us more than Dier and Davies did. If the midfield and forwards did their job better than we wouldn’t have been that exposed.

Dunno why some of u are okay saying “it’s a process”, this was literally our only chance to win the league with no European football, we will never win it now
You are over-optimistic if you expected us to win the league.
We had just lost Kane.
We are over-performing already. All the new recruits have done well.
We lost Madders today and no one can do his role in this team at PL level. Ange was unlikely to solve that in a week.
