Short notice I know but for ayone at home ESPN Classic is showing the Wimbledon vs Spurs game from 97/98 season at 9.30 this morning.

Ginola, Klinsmann and all.

Sorry to all the workers out there but as I've got nothing better to do:)

Done

Now I can watch the glory days of our relegation battle instead of going to the Lane tonight and watching the relegation battle :)

(I'm still going tonight)

Did Thatcher not get sent off in that game, and we promptly bought him??

Right on both counts Dundalk' that was a step in the right direction wasn't it?

Watching the game I remembered just how good Klinsmann was.
There are good strikers around that get called great, but compared to him you can see just how piss poor they are, and he was past his best when he played for us.

The saddest thing was that you could hear the crowd singing "we've got our Tottenham back" then within a year the man in a raincoat came in and turned us into Wimbledon.
