I actually think he's very much in the mould of an 'Ange' style winger. Not disappointed with the link at all.

Everton believed to be frontrunners. Gnonto has refused to play their last two matches and is now training away from the team as he awaits a move.

I think he is exactly the type of profile Ange looks for on the wings. He can beat a man, play in real tight spaces, and has very quick feet allowing him to get his shots off quickly. His playing style and build actually remind me a lot of Solomon.

Few of the Twitter itk’s mentioned him the other day aswell, namely Gards44 an old favourite here.
Likely means it’s been doing the rounds on the WhatsApp group chat, which imo does have a few people with solid info.

Always enjoyed watching him and he was raved about when Leeds got him but his behaviour this summer is pathetic.

Am I missing something here? The link is from a publication I have never heard of(not that that matters) but they are saying it's from reports in Yorkshire, so I click on "Yorkshire" which is underlined as a link in the article and it takes me to another page that just literally says "Yorkshire" and has a picture of Gnoto underneath it, with no link or reference to where it's come from.

When squad places are at an absolute premium, I don’t think this is a goer whatsoever unless it’s a case of opportunistic Dan strikes again!

You missed the clickable text at the bottom of the picture which takes you to... the article linked above...

Had to get off there quick before I got stuck in a never ending loop of bullshit.

Always wary of going for players that refuse to play for the club they are under contract with; doesn’t sit well with me that

I had thought about this guy as a possible option we might look at. I thought he’d be a good option as a winger that can beat the fullback like we’re going to need, but his stats don’t actually suggest he’s that great at that. Weird, maybe he’s just a very good ball carrier and I’m misinterpreting his strengths

Gards mentioned him on Twitter a couple of days ago but I wasn't sure if he was still ITK or not. Either way, as much as I like Gnonto we need a RW more than a LW.

Gnonto makes a lot more sense in terms of player profile.

Negatives are he's still very raw so wouldn't necessarily make the kind of immediate impact we need in the first team and also his attitude seems poor with the way he's treated Leeds. You can tell by his data that he's still very raw but if you watch him he's definitely the Ange style of winger and should develop well with the right coach.

One question would be can he play effectively on the right too?

Very big talent though.

Doesn't seem credible but also another LW, not really what we need, although talented young player and good profile.

He definitely fits the profile though, cuts back inside depending on the situation and stays wide quite a bit looking for the cutback, tricky feet, draws loads of fouls in dangerous areas.
Could be that Perisic has a deal lined up back home but is happy to go or stay 🤷

I think it’s referring to the county generally rather than a specific publication.

Noises from t’Leeds that …
