Which of the returning loanees do you think will be in the 1st team squad next season?

Right just to take a break from all the manager non-chat, which of our many promising loanees / youth will have a breakthrough season or impact on our first team next season?

I think Skipp making the step up to regular gametime is the most obvious, but there is also Sessegnon, Parrott, Scarlett, Devine, Cirkin, Foyth, and even potentially Markanday, Lusala, and John that have the potential to get gametime.

Could Parrott be played just behind Kane? Could Foyth save us some transfer cash at RB?

Discuss :)

Itll just be skipp and sess.

The only thing parrots loans have shown is that he is not ready.

Dont want thet to sound miserable. Skipp should be a top DM and sess has looked good at LWB.

The irony is until the new manager is known it's hard to say. Skipp would be the obvious name, but I actually think a year extension with Norwich in the Prem would do him wonders.

Skipp and Sessegnon seem the obvious choices.

Foyth, Gazaniga, CCV, Shilow Tracy, Jack Roles and Sterling will likely all leave permanently.

Brandon Austin, Harvey White, Fagan Walcott, TJ Eyoma, Clarke and Parrott are probably looking at another loan.

Skipp will start for us. He doesnt need another loan.
Norwich will be in the Prem next season. I just think one year as a guaranteed starter in the top division would benefit his development more than not necessarily playing every game for us (we don't even know if the new manager will use him).

I guess it will depend on who we sell and if the new manager wants to play an inexperienced player.

I hope Skipp gets his chance with us, but if not then I would happily see him spend another year at Norwich.

Too many variables. New coach. Player ins and outs. Etc. More loans I should imagine.

Imo the Most likely to get game time is Skipp, with such an imbalanced CM. But a whole season at Norwich wouldn't do him any harm. The rest. Couldn't say. More bit part appearances and opportunities in cups etc.

Skipp and Sessegnon.
Others need loans out or moved on.

Cirkin looks talented too, but he has disappeared since his dad died.

Sad thing for such a young lad to go through.

He was playing again for the U23's.
If Sessegnon is back next season then he could do with a loan out (depending on club trained status)

Skipp, Foyth and Sess. However other clubs will be after them all so if they are just going to be it part squad members they may choose to go elsewhere

Don’t think anything is a given. Skipp seems ready, but let’s not assume he’s going to break into the team or put too much pressure on him to solve all our problems.

I’d personally replace a lot of the squad players with the likes of White, Clarke, Devine, Cirkin and Sessengon and play them in europe.

In some ways this clusterfuck of a season might do us some favours in the longer term. If we were in CL all the above will have been loaned out again, but being in the ECL gives all of them every opportunity to stake a claim in pre-season.

I’d have Skipp back. Even if only to take up a squad position so one of the current useless bastards can be jettisoned.

I actually think another season at Norwich would be good, and in an ideal world, yep. But we need players that can. Rather than our current ones that can’t.
