Could be right, maybe he's got a bit complacent and needs something to push him on. A new manager or a new club.
Rice is a good player but doesn't come across as the smartest, so maybe he needs someone to keep him focused.
I like him and it's obvious that the talent is there but I think he may lack the desire and drive that Skipp seems to have, which is why I think Skippy will overtake him.

I probably wouldn't take Rice as I don't think he brings anything we don't already have. He's great at mopping up in front of a defence and driving forward with the ball, but we have players like that. He's not brilliant receiving the ball from his defenders nor passing it forward, which is something I really do like about Skipp.

Rice probably could've done with moving already, then again they'd say the same about Kane. Then again, Harry developed all facets of his game over time.
