Judging your own performance based on how it compares to your rival rather than what your own ambitions are is the definition of small time IMO. West Ham are irrelevant to us cos were so far beyond their level in every way but they're obsessed with us because they're small time piney ****s.

I agree with you but dont forget Arsenal and us are actual rivals so it would only be natural that there is that crap between us. Spammers though we dont see as rivals yet they have no shame or pride to not act small time by acting the way they are.

The irony of it too. West Ham fans all come out the woodwork after yesterday’s freak result, and yes it’s a freak result. They’re shit, especially away from home, we’re good, especially at home. Play that game another 9 times and even with the weakish side we fielded, we’d win 6/7 of them. I’m half expecting them to list it on their long list of major honours!

They deserved it based on ours and their second half, and should enjoy it. Talk about setting yourselves up for a mighty fall though. They’ll never learn! Mind you, we don’t really do that when we beat them.

Onwards to the Champions League semi final and hopefully another top 4 finish...

They’ve got this weird obsession with believing they killed two of our title challenges in recent years ( they didn’t, we never really challenged ) so they’ll definitely claim it was they who knocked us out of the Champions League if we do go out!
