What do we do for a left back against Fulham?

With Danny boy and Benny out, what are our options? Personally I see two:

1) Switch walker to left back, bring Kaboul across to right back and bring in Nelsen to sit in the middle:

2) Bring Bale back to his old fashioned fullback position, shift modders over to the left and stick Parker and Sandro in the middle:​

Of course given that Bale plays wherever he likes these days, the above option might just revert to a 3-5-2, which I suppose could be a possible 3rd option, but not one I particularly fancy. The other negative is that this has Modders in a pretty ineffective position and he'll cut in too much, giving us no width.​

I expect Harry to use Bale on the left back.
However Adam Smith is the best fit "left back" at the moment,
a better defender than Bale.

What Blake said, I would hate to see Bale at left back, he has played LW most of the season and I think he might have a mistake in him at LB.

Play Sandro in the middle and keep the formation the same with Parker on the bench.

I don't know how you boys do this week in, week out. Even if Harry picked the team I wanted him to pick, there's no guarantee that we'd do the basics right; team-shape, pressing, off the ball movement.

Trying to pre-empt Harry is always difficult but it was a sneaky suspicion that Kaboul would be moved across.
