Surprised no-one has mentioned the gas canister/smoke bomb incident - I may be overreacting but I wonder what that was supposed to represent...

I believe their mothers must have shut their genitals in the chip-cutter - even the female ones (you can tell, their beards are thinner). There is no other explanation for that level of bitterness :barefoot:

Aside from the disgusting chanting - thought it was embarrassing how west ham take pride in singing about our games and rivals players to goad us rather than signing about themselves.

To name a few...

Lasagne (in response to oh when the spurs) - would have thought arsenal would roll this one out as they ultimately benefitted - plus how long ago was that!

"You're a shit theo Walcott" (to Aaron Lennon)

"5-2 to the arsenal"

Arsenal, Hammers and Chelsea have always made an excuse about it being shushing, even when we were out singing them.

We get this every year, Hitler chants and hissing. Even around remembrance day their fans will do a minute silence then break out and sing about Hitler, even when they have war veterans in attendance. It shows no class to those that fought hard for our country and gave them their freedom. Vile fans indeed, West Ham are the worst. They even sing about Defoe's deceased family.

I wonder what Peter Herbert's observers at the Lane made of this.
Almost to be expected from West Ham fans but they seem to have out stupided themselves on this one.

heard the hitler one and i'm in the shelf, the hissing wasn't them, it was us after us singing 'you've only got one song' waiting for their response. happened a few times.
for the most part the banter was good such as the 'he scores when he wants' by them about Andy Carroll, so we gave it back 'he scores once a year'....
the second thing wasn't a flare, it was a smoke canister.
most importantly we didn't lower ourselves to their level, even after the hitler and stabbed in Lazio chants.
think the problem also stemmed from the 4pm kick off as many had been in the pubs.

Some of the poster on KUMB are actually pretty reasonable:

"Hope the morons who obviously share a single brain cell with an amoeba are named and banned from our club and if any are members or posters of KUMB, perhaps they'd have the balls to admit it on here. I very much doubt it though."

"Whether they sang racist stuff too doesn't matter, who ever decides it's hilarious to sing about Hitler or about people being seriously injured is a ****ing moron."

"Whoever joined in with "Hitler is a Hammer" can frankly **** right off."

"****ing Pricks - name and shame 'em - ****ing Morons"

But then some of them are defending the chants, calling it "banter" and that people who complain about it are just a result of football getting "too soft"... idiots. At the end of the day, people of every race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity and age are, in some way shape or form, involved in football and racism just doesn't have a place there. Racism can't be handled with silk gloves, bannings, heavy fines and prison in severe cases is the way to handle the expression of racism - but that's just handling the symptom. It's a decease that can only be cured by education, reshaping of values and knowledge of history. Banning racists from football won't deal with the root cause of the problem, but it's a strong statement against it and officials, players and club leaders must speak up against these incidents.

It's the standard West Ham response. They know they have very little to crow about when comparing the clubs, to be honest it's like chalk and cheese and we have always been way ahead of them so they think by bringing up our proper rivals success is a reasonable dig. In reality it makes them look and sound even smaller than they are!
Their owners are not much different.

Pathetic club followed by pathetic fans.

Will be nice hearing 45k of them singing that sort of thing at the Olympic Stadium with their convicted pimp of an owner watching on...Olympic Legacy eh?

Glad to see one of their fans making sense, it's just really disgusting that people would sing about such events.

Them singing about ar5ena1 over their own team kind of sums them up though! Nothing club with nothing to be proud of.

But...but...but... they're the academy of football!

Don't condone any rasist chanting but think there may be a few hypocrites on this thread. Is it any worse than the the sol Campbell stuff, or the song about Mathew Harding catching the train! I'm a spurs fan and don't like the chanting but to much moral high ground for me.
