Adebayor alone had ten shots with nine of them being on target.

What a load of crap! I may have had sympathy but he basically says it's not the clubs fault and yet all the excuses are basically the down to the club. It wasn't the clubs fault the club did a shady deal for Tevez and his mate, they were just innocent bystanders or something. If it weren't for that they'd be 3rd right now like they were before all this bad luck that totally wasn't their fault.

He even thinks their shit hole is a bigger stadium than ours which unless he's talking phyisical dimensions is demonstrably false.

The BBC report on the game is one of the most bias pieces of drivel I have seen on the site. Quite incredible how they can suggest:

"The scoreline flattered Spurs, who were disappointing in the first half and lacked creativity in central areas, with Rafael van der Vaart (hamstring) and Luka Modric (ill) both out." - Yeah because with 5 attempts to our 14!! (at home!) only 41% of the ball, 1 corner to our 10.....WBA deserved something from the game

"Spurs were back in the game on 25 minutes as Aaron Lennon cut into the penalty area at pace from the right and went to ground, apparently after a touch from Nicky Shorey." - Apparently?? really so you didn't see the arm on his shoulder or his heel clipped by the defender?

"West Brom were soon feeling further aggrieved when Jerome Thomas, on the charge, felt he was pushed in the back by Kyle Walker but was awarded no penalty" - If this is a penalty then there would be at least 1 every single game.

"And, soon afterwards, Probert denied them a goal for a foul on Brad Friedel, as the keeper appeared to carry the ball over the line when collecting a deflected Reid cross." - Brad had complete control of the ball and the WBA player decided to jump in to him leading with his elbow, correct decision.

"Next West Brom were complaining when Sandro - already booked - did not receive a second yellow for a late challenge on Mulumbu"- Yep every single foul following a yellow card results in a second card..... There was no malice at all in the tackle it was a tussle for the ball.

"The controversy continued when the Baggies had a second penalty shout rejected as Shane Long went down when tussling with King." - You are kidding me? nothing in this at all in no way a penalty.

"Probert then made another big call against West Brom in the 65th minute, when James Morrison went down in the box while battling with Kaboul for the ball." - Honestly the BBC need to realise that contact is not equivalent to a foul all the time, he brushed passed him with no more force than you would a shopper in a busy shop.

Thanks. I have read a few other journalist's reports on the game and few give the impression that WBA were hard done by. By all accounts we played well in the second half. The BBC's Arindam Rej seems to be on his own on this one.
