What's going on with Sanchez? I know he had a weird game against Borough in the wind but Verts hasn't looked great at all this season.

Can Jose outwit the tactical genius of Nigel Fucking Pearson?
How much time will Foster try and waste? Will it be longer than Alli spends procrastinating on the ball?
Will Eriksen come off the bench to score the winner in the 91st minute?

Can't wait!

Have to agree with Jenas "The last three games have been worrying. There have been some of the worst performances I have seen from Spurs in a long time. There is still so much to do." hopefully the reintroduction of Lamela and Lo Celso getting games will help us kick on

Possession, number of passes, territorial advantage was very similar. We just scored with every shot on target
We also murdered their slow defenders with the counter-attacks. But we didn't exactly dominate the match, as you said.

I like that line up
Find that a bit odd, what with his contract and the fact that Toby had it last time out.
I'd love Lamela to have it for a game like this... But he'd probably get too excited and get himself sent off.

I've just thrown away £20 on Dele from outside the area. Again. A handful of savers on Son and Lamela to do likewise with a cheeky couple of quid on Moura to score a header :D

£25 duly spunked.

How many times Lamela been sent off for us? None as far as I can recall

Mourinho said very plainly in his press conference that Eriksen would start. Evidently changed his mind...

It's a matter of bedding in the newer recruits in a methodical way. Lo Celso has apparently now convinced the manager that he is ready. Perhaps Ndombele, fitness permitting, will be next. Sessegnon seems to have convinced the manager without convincing me...

Omg will everyone fuck off with the "we look a bit light in midfield" bollocks. Yes we know. Until general ballbag buys us a player there. No need to keep saying the same shit

No but he's been close a few time and if he was bursting with pride at being made captain (as I imagine he would be), it might just push him over the edge.

Tbh, it was only a light-hearted comment based on the fact he's our most committed and aggressive player. He does like to kick people!
