The only thing that concerns me after that game is our front line. I really hope we can bring someone in this window. Aside from that it is what it is, sometimes you have to win ugly. At least we have some time before Utd.

Agree, all very well scraping a win against Burley but if we want to remain in title hunt and/or top4 then the game away to Utd is crucial and right now we look a bit toothless without Sonny,Biss,Sarr,Maddison,Solomon etc.

Hopefully it clicks a bit more in the next few games. I’d also be dropping Skipp and playing PEH or play Kulu as an 8 and start Gil or even Sess at LW when he’s back up to speed.

Worst performance of Ange's reign, but we managed to keep a clean sheet. Put that one in the bin, forget about it and move on.

We've had 4 or 5 easily worse than this. We made a number of chances, just couldn't finish for shit.

Am I the only one that actually appreciates our style of play after 4-5 years of dour shite? Ange himself has said his players will make mistakes but those mistakes are on him not the players? Most of the mistakes I seen, yes players did make some but that’s what happens when a manager gives players freedom. We are half a season into a new regime…. Don’t slaughter players after half a season.

build up is very good still and once we get better players up front we’ll be creating a whole lot more

Lo Celso and Deki both were poor in the 10 position today, struggled to create much. Didn't help that Burnley played most men back, which we always struggle with anyway and try and hit us on the break.

Maddison coming back will help, but still feel we need better wide forwards and striker. Not positions I think we will be 100% looking to sign players in, but hopefully if someone does become available (that we want) we look to upgrade.
