Watching City last night, they may have won but that defence is wide open at times, pity Sonny isn’t back
With our record against them we have every chance.

Even with De Bruyne back we can win this. Providing there are no injuries or suspensions today, we will have our three top CBs involved, Maddison should be in the squad and Werner/Dragusin will have had another two weeks training with the team. Exciting times.

£35 for this fixture is a great price so should be full capacity. I think Fridays are typically better for people with no week day to follow as well. Should be electric but could really do with Maddison back for it with De Bruyne back for them.

No allowing ST's and members four guest tickets for this one like the Burnley game and with Man C taking the full 9,000 allocation going to be a sell out so might be difficult to get tickets for some members. Mind you with no Sonny the usual Sonny fan club won't be there.
Be positive just like Ange , hard fought win for us and hopefully pace of Timo getting beyond their backline.

Two weeks now until this. Hopefully with Kulu and Maddison back, Solomon making the bench we'll look even better.

will Pep moan about not scoring at TH stadium again? haha

in all seriousness, the way Ange plays, Pep prolly will get his wish of scoring against us, but we just might really outscore them

Thought Skipp did really well v Utd. I'd prefer Bentancur as the box to box and Skipp as DM. No offence to PEH but he gets caught in possession too easily at 6 and lacks a bit of mobility too.

Like this but I would prefer Skipp to Hojbjerg. Hopefuly Gio will be back too to give us even more options.

Based on talent, excitement, and line-up of our best available players, I'd play:
Werner - Richarlison - Johnson
Maddison - Kulusevski
Bentancur
Udogie - VDV - Romero - Porro
Vicario
However, I suspect for better balance and more bench options to change the game, Ange may go with this:
Werner - Richarlison - Kulusevski
Maddison - Bentancur
Skipp
Udogie - VDV - Romero - Porro
Vicario

That may be better anyway to allow Bentancur to get further forward where he can be deadly on the press, passing, and shooting. Either way, it's really nice to have bench options all over the field with Royal, Dragusin, PEH, (maybe GLC?), and Johnson

I'm feeling really confident about this which normally spells doom

I doubt Maddison will be ready to start this game and would be happy to see him named as one of the subs. I think we'll see back in the 10 role for this one.

Vic
Porro - Romero - VDV - Udogie
Bentancur
Skipp - Deki
Johnson - Richy - Werner

Subs: Forster, Dragusin, Dorrington, Royal, PEH, Gil, Solomon, Maddison, Donley

My pass still hasn’t been updated for this yet? Has anyone else’s been updated?
