Thanks, that's gigantically illuminating, to wit:867-879 High Road is owned by Fairgate Tottenham Ltd. Registered address Lillywhite House.
From memory the 11M was shown in the Club Accounts so yes the Club did benefit from it.Was there ever any detail on the Cannon road development which apparently we did in partnership with Newlon. The School part of the development was apparently sold for £11m. Is there any record where that money went plus whatever was made off the 220 flats which I guess must be a substantial amount.
IIRC, It was a shared ownership scheme, so there weren't any rented or outright-sale units. Normally, if the club developed the site, it would have sold the shared ownership flats "wholesale" to Newlon, who would have marketed them individually through the London housing associations shared ownership marketing consortium. There may or may not have been an arrangement where the club received a share of any unexpected gains from the flats. But I think in this case, the club threw in some land it already owned to make the development feasible and then Newlon did the main development work. Was there ever any detail on the Cannon road development which apparently we did in partnership with Newlon. The club is involved in the whole neighbourhood regeneration scheme, dating back to when the stadium development was used as a focal point for investment, after the riots of 2011.Only benefit I see for the club (apart from financially) is that it supposedly provides better access to WHL station. Too far away to make access to WHL station any better surely ?
We just got approval for the B&m site also to convert to resi, no idea why we're doing that
