You’re very easily pleased, mate.
I don't think so. :) But I do try to keep an open mind as often as possible.

Is there anything he could have written to please you? (Apart from him resigning after a fat cash injection, which obviously would have been very pleasing.)

Too much of a lack of accountability in that statement for me. In similar circumstances I would be acknowledging that part of what needed to change is to improve decision making which includes finding those better equipped than myself to make them

Redknapp spot on here although Levy still needs to ultimately take the blame :

😂 4 up top, have a go! I do miss Harry's Spurs teams, you never knew whether we'd win 4-0 or lose 6-5, but it was always entertaining.

I think some players we've bought just aren't the right fit for how we've played the last few seasons. Someone like Gil would do a lot better playing for Brighton than us, so I don't agree we've just bought average players. We've bought players that don't fit our system, which is an issue in itself.

Awful awful message , he talks as if he isn't the decison maker who got all the major ones wrong, no accountability just bland words , I actually thought he may be a little humble but nope

An understanding that he has made poor decisions and he is sorry

Let’s be honest.
No matter what he said in the chairman’s message people would’ve reacted negatively to it.

We need actions from him, not words.

70 odd people in protest. A bit stop/start in terms of the noise and most just standing around having a chat but still a decent showing.

Yeah, what’s the vision for the club, how does he plan to get there?

"We shall spend the period ahead of next season working relentlessly to position our Club for on-pitch success and football you will love to come and watch. Every element of the Club’s operations is geared toward delivering that."

I'll believe it when I see it Dan
Based in what people believe on here, unless he calls himself out then nothing he says matters.

Well, sure, but if he would have put in a paragraph about free-flowing attacking football again, we would have called out his bullshit, because he has already proven those are just meaningless words from him.

Thus, I felt it more appropriate that he actually wrote words that do matter – words of appreciation for those who've stepped up for us, those who have served us, and our successful youth teams.

Also, he sort of does address it by introducing Munn and saying more is to come regarding our football operations. Leaving that for other people is also what we are asking for, isn't it?

I'm just happy he kept the bullshit to a minimum (sort of) for a change!
