I really really hope that all this stuff about Conte's training sessions isn't some way of doing the dirty on him. That would be really snide.

All he's doing is making it clear that in order for him to fulfil his remit, the club need to continue to back him. Surely that's in our interests as fans as we want success? It's starting to feel like ENIC don't have the stomach to see through something that they started.
He is doing what he does at every club. He has no respect for the club, the fans and his bosses. He’s a seriously arrogant man and utterly disloyal to anyone but himself. All he cares about is money and spends his time in PR stunts increasing his profile.

????

Only just saw this thread and quickly flicked through it.

Sad sad times to be a Spurs fan it seems. If DL pushes Conte out then we are fucked!

Honestly, fuck this club ??‍♂️

I don’t want any Lewis anywhere near running the club day in, day out, especially one who is a Liverpool fan.

Bring in Paul Barber.

Yes, and that's an achievement that should be acknowledged.
It has been

We've come along way from the 90s. The frustration is the unwillingness to do what's necessary to move beyond being in the chasing pack and make the leap, which Danny Levy said was merely contingent on the new stadium

Really couldn't agree less but probably not going to have a meeting of minds on this one. He's a winner - maybe we're just not used enough to that in recent decades.

If all Conte cares about is money, why didn't he sign the new contract Spurs offered him?

It would have net him £10-30m in compensation were he sacked.

Instead he chose to keep his leverage to build the team, and his freedom to join a club serious about winning if we were not.

I don't understand the insecurity of Spurs fans getting upset when Conte challenges Levy to deliver upon the ambition that was sold to him when he joined.

He delivered CL and now they've moved the goalposts (again) not him.

No we won’t agree. That ‘he’s a winner’ is just a tired, lame way of excusing everything he does and blaming everyone else. Still you have bought into him well. Right now he it to me more a serial killer … killing any joy to be found on a football pitch.

It’s only fair if conte goes levy goes as well, this was his last shot the least we can demand as fans is that if he goes Levy follows.

This was levy’s last hurrah he’s had enough chances.

Hard to see where he goes from there. Clearly showing no plan and just floundering about.

I don’t really understand what’s going on. Tried to get my head around it by reading the first few pages of this thread but I’m none the wiser.

Why do we suddenly hate Levy so much? I know plenty of disgust has been bubbling away for years now, but what have we learnt in the last couple of days/weeks that has caused this sudden outpouring?

Genuine question - I don’t quite get it.

All of the big three ITKs here seem to on the same page that behind the scenes Levy is refusing to back Conte which will lead to Conte being the fall guy for Levy's continuous game plan of being cheap and not delivering what he promised to a manager. At least that is my interpretation. I think most people here like myself are just sick of it. The one constant is Levy through Poch, Mourinho, and now Conte.
