If the Levy loves the club he will accept he can do no more, that the stadium was his legacy and that he isn’t good enough when it comes to building a team or supporting a build.

He will then resign the chairmanship and hand over to someone with modern fresh ideas. This is of course if he loves the club.

Never going to happen. Levy is a complete control freak and doesn’t care how things go. If we keep buying tickets and lining his pocket he’s happy.

Spoiler alert on Levy - he won't....

In the same way that this current crop of players will frequently attempt to sit on a lead or passively try to keep the scores at parity by adopting an approach to games that is based on a mistaken belief that they are capable of doing it. - they can't....

The only difference between Levy and our current squad of players. Is 'won't and 'can't'....

Levy 'won't' do what's best for the football part of the club

The current squad collectively 'can't' do what's best for the football part of the club.

The question is what can we do to turn up the heat?
Chanting during the game? Banners etc?
Disrupting the game (tennis balls on pitch
Protesting outside the entrance
Trying to organise boycotts of spending in stadium/store

Unless the apathy of not being able to influence things amongst our fan base changes, the status quo will remain

Whilst I have zero interest in being the face of a protest movement, I’ll be happy to help organise from the shadows and be in the background.

There needs to be some sort of organisation to get some traction on this. The 30 blokes holding banners opposite the ground aren’t getting much help at the moment!

A lot of noise at each and every home game so the owners know, so the media know is a big start. At the end of Nuno period Levy looked uncomfortable with some sections of the ground making their voice heard.

Fans say Levy won’t care, I disagree he seems very thin skinned to me. In the ground there has never been a big long term issue, if we make it I think it will have an effect.

Issue is if Levy panics and just makes even worse decisions on the back of it.

I’m calling out @shelfsidespur and @Bing for disliking what I said. it’s fans like you that are happy to accept this complete mediocrity. You’re telling me you are happy with 1 Micky mouse trophy in 20+ years?
Happy? I can absoltuely confirm that I am 100% not happy. I was fuming last night and I still am this morning.

60,000 fans singing ENIC out is not going to change anything and will just add to the toxicity surrounding the club at the moment and make us more of a laughing stock.

People have made Levy into this bogeyman who is the root of all our problems. If you look at the facts he has transformed us as a club. Lot of positives and a few key ****-ups thyat have held us back but the way fans go on you would swear it is an inside job to destroy our club.

For the record. Key mistakes in the 20 year tenure:

* Not backing Poch in the transfer market - Disapointing but we had the stadium to pay for. In the long run, the stadium is important like it or not
* Sacking Poch - Many fans at the time were on board with this. People forget how bad it got
* Appointing Nuno - Major ****-up. Quickly realised and was quick to appoint Conte who fans were delighted with
* Appointing Stellini - Mistake imo but it's only for a few weeks

Am I missing anything? Hindsight is a great thing. To my mind these were all mistakes but at the time you could see the arguments. I'm not a Levy fan boy by any means but people need to get some ***in perspective.

That is where I disagree I do think if the fanbase made its voice heard in the ground and in a big way there would be an effect. Having a complaint fanbase means whatever happens there is no pressure on the board. Whether the board would react positively or just panic and make a stupid call is another thing.

Mate I can name a hell of lot more f**ck ups then just these.

what about the fact Dier and Davies are still our first choice CB and LB. What about the the fact he said that he wants to go back to our dna with attacking football and then ends up hiring 3 of the most defensive coaches out there. Nuno included. What about he didn’t want to cough up the extra few million to sign players like Jack Grealish, what about the fact he didn’t back Conte at all and maybe have him the one player he asked for who was a free transfer. If levy was calling the shots at any other company he would have been gone a long time ago, also don’t forget he gave him self a nice pay rise this year as well! I want him gone so badly and 60’000 fans chanting levy out will certainly start ramping up the pressure as media outlets will start posting more about how unhappy we are. Trosard as well is another player who wanted to come in January. Arsenal just coughed up the asking price where we offered I think 15m. It’s a joke!

Indeed, I suspect he thinks all the protests are mostly about him spending more money.
He just doesn't get it.

Would love a major statement from fans v Brighton. Totally boycott the game, that may seem extreme but it prob needs something major to get baldy out.
there would be a stadium full of tourists if the real fans all stay away and levy will just keep counting the cash.

It feels like we’ve been round this loop of what power do we have, what can we do to affect things so many times now. And the answer every time is not much. It would take a huge and organised effort and there never seems to be the desire to do it.

The only way to affect attendances is for us ST holders not to go and not to list our tickets, which I’d be willing to do - God knows I’d rather not subject myself to that shit on Saturday - but it’s a financial hit and would one game really make a difference? They have our money up front anyway and no doubt we’ll ultimately relent and pay again for next season soon. It all seems depressingly futile.

Yeah it’s negative and it doesn’t help the team at all but voicing our anger at games is the one option we have. I hope it will be heard on Saturday, but then a lot of people have probably already listed their seats because they’re so sick of watching us, and I really don’t blame them at all.

Don't worry, apparently the club is listening to fan disquiet
Got an exclusive peek at the email going out with the renewal notices

Following on from the huge success of our Go Kart, Boxing and Beyonce deals, THF Enterprises are proud to announce a blockbuster gala Xmas Xtravaganza performance of The Three Fivers.
Having had serious talks with Il Divo, we were disappointed to learn from their agent they were washing their hair every night for the rest of the decade
However last minute negotiations with Equity saw a deadline day deal with three resting actors.
Portraying the roles of Antonio, Josieo and Nuno Espirito, they will sing a mix of classic songs and arias
Highlights include Just One Scudetto, Dont Cry For Me Pochettino and Spurs Are On TheirWay To Neasden
Tickets are competitively priced from 199 pounds in the immediate area outside the stadium...

Just don't turn up. Stay in the beehive and enjoy the afternoon.

We bemoan the players for being spineless cowards, but we're just as bad. The irony of this is that by making a statement, that is seen and heard and is strong, we are supporting the club more than by not doing it. People say oh, we must support the players on the pitch etc... but really? Really? They are as culpable in all this as last night demonstrated, we want change but we don't seem to be prepared to sacrifice anything for it, we shouldn't obviously, but we're at the stage where something needs to be done to force the hand.

Just to be clear I'm saying don't go to the game, keep your ticket but stay in the pub or at home, singing anti-ENIC chants at games does sod all, it just creates a toxic atmosphere that then gets misconstrued towards the players, and the press, coverage barely gets noticed. The ONLY way Levy will give a monkeys is when he sees that we arent the sheep that he takes us for, but to do that we have to stop acting like sheep.

The more I see the whole situation the more this is a crisis
  • Player power
  • Levy's authoritarian management
  • Paratici's issue
  • Incompetent board
  • Contempt for the fans with regards to ticket prices
  • Consistent managerial sackings and hirings
  • Weak mentality of the squad
  • Long-staying players
  • Lack of transfer strategy
  • And possibly more..
Levy has a hand in most, if not all, of them. The immediate need to stop this rot cannot be stressed any further. The identity, mentality and strategy of the club cannot change regardless of who's the manager without Mr Levy out of the chairperson seat.

Damn frustrating the entire club is resting on this single guy's incompetency.. And no one could do anything, or anyone with power bothers to do anything.

I think many are assuming that Levy and Enic are here only as stewards of Tottenham Hotspurs Football Club, but if you've seen the company portfolio there is a hell of a lot of profitable projects these people are involved in under the banner of THFC, Mr Levy is not just stubborn because he's the fan/chairman of THFC, he's not about to relinquish a potential fortune from all the developements he and Enic are undertaking in the name of regenerating Tottenham/Haringey.

Even if he went, we are so deep in the shit, it will take years to get us to a competitive place. The recruitment strategy or lack needs immediate overhaul. Our scouting and academy produces the square root of fuck all. Our mangerial appointments have been disastrous and toxic and can’t continue to get it so wrong.

New owners will have a “to do” list that is so long it disappears over the horizon.

You can't go from the current next to nothing, to en-mass walk outs. Theres going to be stages to a protest movement, the first and likely easiest one is getting numbers in the stadium vocally calling him out. It will garner support (possibly) from there.
I'm not against you by saying go to Tottenham, stay outside, in the pubs etc. But thats not going to be stage 1 of any campaign in the numbers needed

Unless there is a Saint out of nowhere, a rich one, stumping the entire cost Levy asks for and buy over the whole thing. This is like the only solution but also almost impossible.. 😞

It’s really sad/crazy to see people STILL defending Levy 🤦🏼‍♀️
Thankfully enough of us are wising up to the REALITY 👍🏼
Numbers will only keep growing as the season falters …
