It would be hard - but the easiest way to force change at the club is through an organized "strike" by supporters.

Pick one home game, and get as many supporters/Ticket holders as possible to "picket" outside of the stadium - instead of going in to the game. The sight of even a half-empty stadium on TV followed by coverage of the protests going on outside of the stadium would create the kind of viral moment that would require even Joe Lewis to act - to protect his interest in the club, lest the unrest continue to drive down the value of the club.

The other idea would be a massive walk-out in the middle of the game - say at the 30' mark. Fans streaming out of the stadium, again on TV, would be a massive talking point for weeks for football pundits around the world.

The premise of this thread is flawed. Daniel Levy is not just the chairman, he is an owner.

The only way you truly "oust" an owner is by putting up the funds or identifying someone who would be willing to, to buy out his stake.. Without sounding too abrasive, if the QSI investment doesn't come to fruition it is time for the fanbase to put up or shut up.

He isn’t the majority owner though that is Joe Lewis. If he sells whoever replaces him will make the choices.

Getting him out as chairman is the goal here, ownership can be dealt with later. If we can remove his day-to-day involvement in the club then we have done our job.

Some great ideas so far in this thread are:

1. Chanting "Levy Out" regularly during game time followed by chants supporting the manager (hopefully still Conte)
2. Banners outside the game protesting Levy

Although I think a walk out or not attending the fixture are great ideas, I don't think this can be done in a coordinated way.

Do we have volunteers for numbers 1 & 2?

I’m sure Levy will happily relinquish his position of Chairman and minority owner if a buyer can be found to match his valuation. Until then he will remain insitu as what else is he supposed to do.

He could step down as chairman, but as part owner he controls the funds..

Finding a buyer is the only way Levy will exit, so wasting energy organizing petitions and protests are pointless.

I think they would all work if you got enough people behind it.

But the poor people who have to watch the first 30mins and miss the 2nd half!

Preferably this needs to be a televised match.

So just let it throttle on as it is and hope for the best.

yeah - I forget about that because they are all televised here in the States. But, it seems that a lot of Spurs games are moved for TV, so it would not be hard to pick a game. It would be hard to organize supporters ...

Lately, it might be that the fans streaming out get the better end of the bargain...and those that stay are punished!

Only way it happens is a buy out so it would need QSI or someone to jump in. We can make it difficult for Levy and ENIC and it’s better to try than not but knowing our luck we are stuck with them forever.

QSI can't buy him out because they already own PSG.

As much as I agree that there's time for a change at the top, I also think it's clear that our problem primarily is an ENIC problem, not a Levy problem. Replacing Levy won't solve the main issue, which is lack of financial backing from the owners. If we could choose between A: Levy gets the boot, but ENIC maintain control of the club, or B: Levy keeps his minority share and stays on as chairman, but we get a new (generous) majority shareholder, we should choose B every time.

I think you would have to get over 70% of ST holders in agreement for it to be effective. I guess you could also try to reach out to members and ask them to refrain from buying tickets too, although if they go on general sale they'll likely be snapped up by tourists.

Is that what Newcastle fans did?

You need to go after ENIC assets. So to the opening poster who said he couldn’t do anything, get down to Florida, cause issues outside his golf clubs for example, plenty of things can be done on both sides of Atlantic
