I do think we need to stop looking to buy players because they are on a deal, and focus on getting the right players in.

To what extent is this actually evidenced. The story of certain people always looking for a deal is not one that sits well with me and I don't need to explain why. It certainly contrasts with the development of a magnificent stadium which was definitely not penny pinching. Maybe, just maybe, it's just being prudent when cash flow is tight. In today’s starting lineup, only Lloris, Dier, Son and Kane have been here 4 years.

You can’t blame all our woes on Dier and Lloris.
