I do think we need to stop looking to buy players because they are on a deal, and focus on getting the right players in.
To what extent is this actually evidenced. The story of certain people always looking for a deal is not one that sits well with me and I don't need to explain why. It certainly contrasts with the development of a magnificent stadium which was definitely not penny pinching. Maybe, just maybe, it's just being prudent when cash flow is tight. Whatever some say Levy doesn't have a magic money tree.

Levy this is all on you
You sack Conte and leave his number 2 in
It’s a joke. Time for levy to be pushed out

even choosing the new manager has turned into a circus

Honestly laughing my way through this. Only way to watch this game. I hope the away fans smash the coach up on the way out.

If we were going to lose to Newcastle, I’d prefer a drubbing. More pressure on Levy the better. Of course I’d like Spurs to be as successful as possible in each game, but perhaps there’s a silver lining here.

Is there corruption at the club?

When you just look at the right backs we’ve signed since Walker left then i have to start wondering if someone is getting back handers for signing shit players.

Aurier, Doherty, Royal, Porro.

This is an impossible run of defenders who can’t defend signed by the club.

"They always look to disrupt the situation of the manager but protect the other situation (the players)."

For the past 4 years, Levy AND OUR FANS continually blame the managers whilst this group of players let us down over and over and over again.

The bloke even said in his Cambridge speech that the managers aren't important trying to use clubs in Europe as some bogus comparison.

It's never been the managers. Whilst they have all had flaws, the rot in this club eminates from the ownership and the players. Mourinho subtly called it out. Conte blantantly called it out and got sacked.

Yet our fans continue to blame the managers. The Stellini thread will blow up at full time when the problem is clearly bigger than him.

Until people act he’ll always be here, 6 games left and stuff needs to happen. Many years people have voiced displeasure of here but nobody does anything at games ect except for about 30 outside the ground.

Changes need to happen and for them to happen fans need to get together and become a voice.

A culture of low expectations that comes directly from Levy and Lewis.

and I am going to say this AND a culture of low expectations from us the supporters.

there’s no pressure to succeed from the top or from the stands. I have no high hopes for Thursday

Come on lads, careful what you wish for, we may get new owners and lose a 10-0, we need to accept our place on the food chain, we’ll have more hotels, properties, concerts, NFL and karting than any other team, appreciate what they’ve given us.

In today’s starting lineup, only Lloris, Dier, Son and Kane have been here 4 years.

You can’t blame all our woes on Dier and Lloris.

The problem has been our poor recruitment.

poch, conte and Jose told us the issues and people would rather jump to the defence of the club then actually take on board what they were saying.

We are going nowhere with this ownership and Levy.

People keep repeating in different threads that a new manager will come in and everything can change. It won't. When you aren't trying to compete the attitude permeates throughout the club and we are seeing that now.

Fans need to stop pissing about and actually start buying into a collective movement to get him gone. No other fan base would allow this to go on for so long whilst still defending the owners and blaming the managers.

If it hasn’t dawned on you yet that this problem goes far deeper than any manager then I don’t know what to say.
