Manager - I still think Harry will do a Red Adair for the Euro's and come back to Tottenham , if not I would like Moyes but we'll probably appoint Sherwood

Stadium - It will be built but not by ENIC

Players - Need to keep Bale, VDV , Modric and add similar quality to them. Huntelaar, Leandro , Hazard, Vertoghen and Robben in I would like to see come in, Adebayor I still don't know. We have loads of squad fillers to move on.

Champions League - last time I looked 3rd qualifies for the CL group stages and that is where we will finish this season

Owner - ENIC will sell to AEG who will keep Levy as chairman and build the new stadium

FA Cup - we'll win it this season

That doesn't really get me excited, it's pretty awesome but is still a party trick he pulls out now and then a little bit like that guy who did the seal dribble.

I'm inclined to get more excited about the way he seems to get in good positions and actually attack the areas a striker should be in. That would be nice huh?

As for the future, it's an interesting one because in recent times when one of our managers has left it has been because they have been performing badly and we are way lower than expectations and need a fresh start. This time if Harry does leave for England we are going to be in a position where we get a manager inheriting a very talented squad and possibly already in the Champions League.

No Leandro?

If we can get Ade on sensible terms and Hazard for the wing, then i don't see the need for Leandro. If we get Leandro he'll need to be first choice striker otherwise he'll get pissed off and his development and chance of making it in the PL will suffer a lot.

If we don't get Ade then i say go all out for Leandro.

Tim Howard ?

Yeh i like Howard. Whilst it could be argued that we could keep Brad for another season, and he probably is up to it, Howard is on a free in the summer and i think would be an ideal medium term solution for GK.

I think Brad has shown us that being a solid keeper with good communication skills is what we need between the sticks.

Utd realised this when they bought in Van de Saar, i think unless there is a chance to bring in a world class keeper on the cheap, that a solid prem proven GK like Howard is a good option for us.

I think you're right.

I hope that brasil_spur's aspirations are realised but accept the fact that there will be a few bumps in the road before we get to where we all hope that we end up.

The two critical issues are the manager and the stadium. The manager is the most important person on the playing side of the club and - as we have seen so often - it is very easy to choose the wrong man. The feeling that I get is that we are set fair regarding the stadium, and I don't believe that it will hinder the availability of funds for the team to a great extent.

The key is Daniel Levy. As long as he stays, I am pretty confident that we'll stay on the right track. If he goes, then all bets are off.

And we could have got him for free - was it season before last :shrug: Said at the time, I couldn't understand why we didn't give him a go...would have been genuine competition for the Octopus.
