Postponement must be something the PDC are considering right now. Can’t have people forced to drop out from the next round and have the competition maintain legitimacy.

It's more common that you think. Anything from 123 down means you still leave a two darter if you miss the first treble. I used to play county darts and there were quite a few that would always go bull first dart on a low ton plus finish. If you include the outer bull it's a much bigger target than going treble first. Obviously you don't see as much at the very top because their confidence to hit every treble first dart is a lot higher.

Hopefully Rydz can push on now and we see more of him in other tournaments. We’ve seen a fair few youngsters reach this round over the years, lose, then almost completely disappear.

I missed this evening, but just caught the highlights, amazing Smith, wow what a match that was!!! .. As much as I respect Price as a player im not a fan of him in general, really like Smith, such a top bloke. Im a big big fan of Peter Peter Wright, Peter Peter Wright!!!! Defo hope Smith smashes Wade, Wright v Smith will be an amazing Final , but much love for Anderson too, this is great tournament.... As Long as its not wade i dont mind either Wright Anderson or Smith winning, Anderson for nostalgia would be great, 3 of my fav players Wright, Anderson and Smith ????
Was watching this last night & I am soooooo jealous we have nothing like this in the US. Just incredible atmosphere & they feed off the energy. It all comes together for really fun entertainment. And for tuning in for the first time & seeing a 9 v 1 upset I am hooked. That was so fun.
