This seems to be the gist of it now.

I guess it depends if Benny and Ade move on as well whether we further enhance the squad but i'd be surprised if we did much more business without any departures first.

I'm worried they haven't gone yet and we haven't had concrete news/ITK in recent times about their departures. I suspect still Ade > Besiktas and Benny > France but time is running out.

I still PERSONALLY feel we need a LB, ACM/LWF and ST to really be looking towards the very top of the table.

- The addition of Coentrao, Eriksen and Damiao(?) Would make us viable title challengers I think.

I think now it'll be Eriksen, Chiriches and Lamela in, with a couple more surprises.

Wouldn't be too disappointed with that. Especially if the surprises are good ones.

I would take this all day long. More than happy to carry on with Soldado, Defoe, Kane until Jan if Ade goes and spend the next few months finding someone to come in for January.

Also happy with Rose, Verts, Fryers at LB until Jan. The above would address our urgent business. I would rather find a long term LB solution than rush in.

JJ said something to the same effect. ITK's not wanting to annoy people close to things who are busy. Alot of stuff I reckon is likely to break pretty quickly in the news over the coming few days. ITK's may not get it much quicker.

AVB looked very pissed off in the presser today, and that line in particular is as clear a message to DL as could be - you've sold my best player, now you have to go and get my top targets in if you want to give us a chance of qualifying for CL football next season.

I don't think Hulk is happening.

If Hulk signing was to happen he would only work in a 4-3-3 tbh. That means you would have to play Lamela off the left cutting in on his weaker foot, nonsensical.

Also the Zenit manager doesn't want to sell, I'm sure they have a price but it's going to be way, way north of what we'd be willing to pay.

I'm not surprised the club ITK has gone quiet, it has been a feature of the summer in relation to signings.

I am surprised that we are not getting any agent ITK relating to our potential sales. Agents must surely be getting wind of who we will move on otherwise deals won't get made in time. It's a strange one.
