J rod would be a huge gamble in my opinion. Can't guarantee a player gonna be the same after that injury. It really is 50/50. Be happy with a Jan purchase if back to normal and still wanted/needed

Agree to an extent, the amount of fans writing off Sandro because of his injury despite great form before that ,yet welcoming JRod so happily is strange.

Saying that, if we have guarantees that his health is ok- then to back Poch with his targets is huge.

Just four days ago, from The Goat: The Goat has heard that we've bid a couple of times for Schneiderlin. Also that he wants out so the latest bid is likely to be accepted. The number The Goat is hearing is £16m and that it could take a while if they accept. I haven't checked the rest of the Read Only but I think that's a fair enough post from the hairy one.

27 Mil figure quoted could be for both..?! That would be a great deal...even with the injury I couldnt see that happening, but if it was pulled off even the Levy haters would have to acknowledge some transfer acumen on occasion there...
