Eriksen has to stay now

It's looking very unlikely though isn't it? Not looking like he will sign a new contract and there's no way Levy lets him go for free next year if we get a half decent offer this month.

Very happy with our incomings this window. We've managed to add real quality in N'Dombele and Lo Celso, in an area where we were desperately short last season, and in Sess we've add one of the best young talents around.

If we keep Eriksen and he gets his head right, then we should be in for a very good season.

Well guess after all that, Lo Celso was always coming in regardless of the Eriksen situation rather than to replace him after all...

Made it so you need to be logged in to see the forums to help the traffic a bit.

Rob - LOL. my eighty something year old mum who lives in NJ became a Spurs fan a few years back due to my semi-obsession. And once i turned her on to SC, she became a big time lurker. She just texted me "DAMN - SC restricted ..... Where should i go?" For her to use the D word and use full capitals is out of character.... I've since called her and she indicated that she hopes you open it up to the poor old folks who never registered.

This window would have been incredible had we received confirmation that Eriksen would recommit to the club. Having said that, it feels disappointing to not hear that nor bring in a replacement for him.

Poor Eriksen. RM, Barca didn't want him, and if we coulda got Dybala, most Spurs fans would have wanted Eriksen gone. Kinda feel sorry for him. But, hey-ho. Hope he signs a new deal, and we see the Eriksen from a few years ago.

You know contracts can be signed outside of the transfer window right?

This window has been a blast! Utter quality signings aswell. Really sets us up for the future. Hopefully they hit the ground running especially TN and GLC. Dybala would have been the icing on the cake however if Eriksen stays, signs a contract and gets back to himself we are probably stronger regardless.

I'd love that if he signed a new contract, when Christian played well we won, pure and simple
