So proud to be spurs right now.

Remaining wishlist for the summer:

- Revised planning permission speedily approved
- Verts and Pritchard new contracts
- 8-9 deadwood players gone

hertyid has just said on coys that Fazio is not leaving, so that leaves us with 5 CBs. Why did we sign Wimmer if we were going to get Toby?

Dier's progress will also be halted as he won't get much playing time.

That is my concern. But then presumably Wimmer, another young player, needs and expects a healthy amount of time too so...?

What a happy coincidence. We have a RCB and a LCB who are both young and want game time.

Fortunately for them, and us, we have about 20-25 games to give them to work together.

I don't want them to start together though. We have enough inexperience as it is. They need to be developed and mentored.

anyway back to what are we going to do to be better next year....... TA is personally a meh for me, he is ok good squad competition and the stadium is 3 years a way at least. So some improvement to the starting 11 next pls.

Thats not going to happen any time soon - at least not here.

The average attendance for the last 10 Super Bowls is 75,437.

The lowest attended Super Bowl ever, was Super Bowl I - in 1967, with 61,946 - still more than the new stadium.

The new stadium would be the 72nd largest American football stadium in the US.

If London were to ever host a Super Bowl, it would be at Wembley.

This is palpably suspect. Is it not possible that one special Super Bowl could exist with only 61,000 spectators?

Milos is probably going out on loan - maybe he can find a spot a CM - I don't know.

CCV too young to get games here - he'll either spend the first part of the year in the U21 squad, to be around the first team training, or he is also probably ready for a loan.

Fazio is the wild card here - he could end up with 10-15 games if we see some injuries, otherwise, I think he will be disappointed (absent a crazy move to 3 CBs - which is highly unlikely). But that is a small price to pay imo.

You are forgetting Fazio.

Changing the CB partners all the time is not a good idea. They need to get an understanding.

I am not forgetting Fazio. I don't think he is going to be happy.

I think the primary League pairing will be Alderweireld/Vertonghen and the Cup/Europa pairing will be Dier/Wimmer.

Fazio will be the primary sub, injury replacement, and may see an occasional game if we feel the need for someone strong in the air. (Or we may get an offer we can't turn down for him).

Thats just how I see it playing out - Pochettino may have other thoughts.
