people we need to get excited

i watched us completely destroy a liverpool team at anfield that was in amazing form....we completely outplayed them in every single dept..

my point is that even with henderson & adam added we are still a far better team...

we havent even bought anyone yet & with ledders & walker being new signings already plus a world class striker...

we could be awesome.....we could be champions

Charlie Adam is a good signing for Liverpool, despite what people think, his delivery for Carroll will bring them plenty of goals and he scores a few himself....We don`t have a world class striker :razz:

But keeping Modric could be key for potential players... They may fancy spurs alot more knowing he is def staying...

cant see them coming.. i have no idea as to who we will actually sign up front. i really dont but we will have to wait till top clubs get their front players sorted.maybe an outside bet for me wud be abel hernadez, linked with bid earlier in summer. with that in mind i think we should be going all out for mata and other areas of pitch. i think cahill wont sign so i wud love that rolando guy from porto if of course chelsea and ur man dont want him. he wud be cheaper option than cahill. as for parker well if that does not happen then moussa sissoko for me. buzzing after modric staying. vital..get those 3 signings in!!!

He wouldn't be getting near our first eleven thats for sure...but yeah he might do all right for Liverpool, will be interesting to see how he does at a big Club instead of the main man at Blackpool week in week out.

Its only the beginning of July, if the situation hasn't changed in the next 4 weeks my opinion might, but for now I believe :lol:

Not just about first eleven though, Liverpool are building a squad now, granted not with glamourous big name signings, but they are getting some depth in....

Thing is, the season starts in just over 4 weeks and we`ve got some big early fixtures....

they're building for the future, I think thats the most obvious thing to take from it. Young players, majority of them British and you're man Henry is always talking about building a long term project.

I've said before we could easily be out of the running for the top 4 with a poor start to the season.

But by the same token, a couple of quality additions could tip the balance in our favour in some of those early games and put us squarely in the title race...
