Possibly, but when a club makes it known that they actively want to sell a player they usually can't demand as high a transfer fee. He may still be outside our price range, but I can't see anyone matching the £80m record fee for a defender.

It’s all a matter of perspective. Like I keep saying, as long as 60,000 mugs ( me included) keep turning up paying top dollar then ENIC will not change imo.

(Cleared with A&C) some ITK on Jarrod Bowen: Spurs want him, he desperately wants spurs. £15 million is the figure spurs want to pay but Hull want more and spurs unwilling to increase offer significantly with other more pressing issues in the squad. One to watch.

Its always a smart idea to mop up the top talent in the champhionship. English players are valued so highly that even if they don't live up to expectations theres another club in the prem that will gladly take a shot on them. Its a good financial investment.

Flits in and out of games.
Doesn't do a great deal but appears out of nowhere and creates or scores.
Hull fans love him but they acknowledge he isn't gonna work hard consistently taking the bad side with more good sides.
Can he make the step up I aren't sure. My boss is a season ticket holder and he doesn't think he is good enough for us but we need passion and someone who can assist and score we have zero of late
