You lot make me laugh you really do. If Akqayid posts we're in for someone, anyone, lets say M'vila but it could be anyone, you laugh, point and make sarcastic comments about Duty Free and suchlike.

The minute it's bad news it's suddenly gospel and accompanied by comments like aaaah fuck and oh no, woe are we, pass the pills, where's my rope, load the shotgun, turn the oven on etc etc........
hmm... sounds a bit like ITK bashing there A&C

Berbatov, as said above, always said he wanted CL, from the moment he signed for us. In the end he sulked, refused to play/ train, caused disharmony and unrest in the dressing room.

Whats new with footballers?

Business is business.

If we've supposedly agreed a fee for Shakhtar for Willian then I'm not really sure the purpose of going for Afellay as well.

Again, it seems to push the necessity or seemingly, our inability to secure a deal for Isco who I'd prefer over both but mores the point, it raises further question marks over Rafa's future and dare I say it, Lennon's.

I`m gonna go out on a limb here and say we aren`t signing Willian to cover on the wings, I think AVB sees him playing centrally.

Val are you saying we are considering taking him back? I would certainly be happy, great cover for Ade - although would he want to go somewhere to start regularly?

I would have Berbatov back in a heartbeat! Though I don't see it happening. His price may be low, but what about his wages? And United ain't City they will not subsidize his wages for us!

Ol' Bacon face always lies about Man Utd's transfer dealings. He said "no more" then signed Buttner and Henriquez. I bet Dembele is talking to them as we speak. Although I really hope not. My brother supports Fulham and is adamant that Dembele wouldn't leave Fulham for us because it "isn't enough of a step up." LOL.

No idea mate to be honest. Lots of factors but then again, we have resigned players before, who have pissed DL off, like Keane, who DL bought a lovely watch for, for his wedding present, only for Keane to decide to leave....so...lots going on, so maybe he's on a C list....

If your girlfriend cheated on you. Begged you to take her back. She also promised she wouldn`t use your creditcard as much as before. Would you?

Not a chance. If thats the case then what Keane did was also worse than Modric as he said similar to what you claim Berbatov said.

I understand that many spurs fans have an opinion that “nobody should ever possibly want to leave the club, how dare they!” That view is fine, I too wish they stayed but the fact is both Berba and Modric were too good (at 26/27) to not be playing CL footy at the peak of their careers. They outgrew us and the fact is you have to respect that some players have ambition. Both said they wanted to leave if we weren’t at that level (modric had an “understanding” that levy reversed), and we failed both times to reach the CL. If we had champions league football and a genuine chance to become a major force in the very near future and they want to leave then yes I have a big problem with that as they could help us reach the goal, but to be realistic we are not going to challenge for major honours this season and at the level modric is (berba was) they should be playing to win trophies. They gave good years of their careers and were BRILLIANT for us. Some people need to live in the real world, if we want to keep the star players then we need to achieve rather than be nearly boys. Keane I have a bigger problem with purely for the fact he went after saying he wouldn’t…. and to a team who basically offered a lot more money. Although better than us at the time Liverpool are not united or Madrid so thata different scenario.

Most managers will lie about their transfers, there is absolutely no good reason to tell the media your plans no mather how obvious they are.

You lot just used to Harry's face hanging out of a car window

Taking it a bit too much.. If he comes and scores 20 goals a season, I bet you you'll all forget what he did!

Do most spurs fans have a problem with Carrick? or with Klinsmann? Both of those players left to go to bigger clubs with more ambition but are generally fondly remembered. The problem with Modric and Berbatov was the way they did it. I have no issue at all in a player wanting to play for a bigger club - but i have a problem with players disrespecting our club and the fans like they both did with their behaviour. As far as i am aware, Keane was always available for selection - the same cannot be said for Berbatov and Modric.

As I'm married, the cheating thing wouldn't bother me (glass houses and all that). It would depend on how good looking I consider this girlfriend and whether she is arranging for us to have other women in bed with us.

We need another striker from somewhere, and I would rather have Berb than end up with nobody, he's still a class act on the pitch despite what he done to us.
